    What a wonderful gift!!!!!
This little piano is astonishing! That I have bought for other little ones have a tiny sound and really don’t last. This model is solid. The sound is comparable to a very nice electronic piano. The design is beautiful, and my grandson loved it. Even his parents, who are millennials, we’re excited to see it as they thought it was a nice addition to their contemporary home. It was a win-win all around.Thank you for developing such a nice solid musical instrument for a child.

    It’s great till it breaks
I want to give this 5 stars because it’s nice quality and we loved it for the short time it worked. I can’t find any way to connect with the manufacturer to get spare parts to fix it. I don’t think I’ll buy another one till they help me resolve this issue

A perfect gift to my niece
Bought for my friend’s daughter as her birthday present. There’s a lot of options out there for kid’s piano, and this one didn’t catch my attention in the beginning because of lack of reviews. We wanted to send this not only as a gift to the little one but also want it to looks good as a piece of furniture in my friend’s house, and this piano became one of the best options I see out there, and it did not disappoint. It’s a bit on the pricy side but it looks amazing, sounds beautiful and comes with all the features a toddler would need (well, and what her parents would need :p the volume control is a must-have feature) and the interface is easy for a 3-year-old to understand. Highly recommend.

This Zippy Piano literally beyond my expectations!!
It really is a lovely miniature piano. This 25 keys piano has upgraded functions which intergrate into a touch sensitive control panel. It includes volume control, record&play-back, multiple instruments sound effect, etc. The keyboard is perfectly tuned and sounding just like a real piano. I would strongly recommend this as an introduction to real piano for toddlers. The function of selecting different instruments sound is also cool and fun. LOL. It is very easy and simple to assemble.

Not at standard pitch! and keys are not touch sensitive
All things considered, I think this is a good quality but overpriced product. It has one significant defect: it doesn’t play at standard pitch. It has several significant design limitations — which are, understandably, not hinted at in the product description. Its chief merits are its appearance, its good sound, and the similarity of its keys to those of a real piano. Its $100 price tag indicates a lack of competition in this niche category: quasi-antique toy pianos that have real-piano-like keys.Despite the USB-C power port, its operation strongly suggests that its innards are repurposed 1970s toy technology. More specifically….I purchased this for my toddler grandkids, but also planned to use it in jam sessions with their parents. Unfortunately… that won’t be possible… because, despite this statement in the description: “The sounds are made electronically with precision to eliminate the need for hand-tuning.”, this instrument does not play at standard (A=440Hz) pitch. It’s not just slightly off, it’s something like a quarter-tone off, rendering it useless for playing along with other instruments, including other musical toys, or for playing along with songs streaming from a phone or any other music source. This is an almost inconceivable limitation, considering that musical toys based on inexpensive synth chips have been playing at standard pitch for decades. This won’t be a problem for the toddlers, but it sure will be for their parents and grandparents.Aside from that, the semi-weighted full-size keys feel good, but they are not touch sensitive — which is understandable for a toy instrument. I misread the following statement in the description: “Touch Sensitive Control Panel, Volume Adjustable”. Pressing a key produces a note at whatever volume is selected at the control panel, regardless of how hard or softly the key is pressed.Another surprising problem with the keyboard: playing sometimes causes ‘double-strikes’, meaning the note sounds, followed by a quick repeat. I’ve never experienced that with any keyboard before, including toys. It certainly subtracts from the musical value.Next up: There’s no auto-off feature. Power is controlled by a ‘hard’ electromechanical rocker switch, which is either in the on position, or the off position. I could be wrong, but this probably means that once the piano is switched on, it will continue to draw power from its three (?) AA cells until that switch is physically snapped to its off position. Unfortunately, there is no LED that glows visibly when the piano is on. The only potentially visible indication is the physical position of the rocker switch, which is located, invisibly, behind the instrument. This aspect of the design would have been typical in the 1970s, charitably. Those two design limitations mean that the piano will run through its batteries quickly unless mom or dad frequently reaches behind it to find the power switch, and then tries to remember whether ‘up’ means on or off… or, what the hell… just pick it up and flip it over to read the tiny labels on the switch.  A related problem: if the piano is set in front of a wall or cabinet, a gentle forward push will flip the power switch. In other words: Despite your diligently frequent palpations of the power switch to make sure it’s off, it’s very easy for your child (or anyone else) to accidentally turn it back on. Since there’s no power-on LED indicator, you should probably set an alarm on your phone to check the power switch every 30 minutes or so. (Or spend an otherwise useless evening adding a few standoffs in the back to fix the problem. Send your invoice to the vendor, rather than Amazon.)Fortunately, the piano may also be powered through a USB-C connector, in the rear. If that’s practical and convenient, it could save you from frequent battery replacement. I’m fairly sure it will operate without batteries if it’s receiving USB power. One more thing: The loudest volume setting is not loud at all. That’s probably better than too loud, but its sound is pretty well drowned out even by nearby conversations. It would be all-but inaudible if someone was playing any other instrument nearby. That’s fortunate, since this thing doesn’t play well with other instruments, including musical toys, since it doesn’t play at standard pitch. In addition to what I’ve mentioned above, another important part of the instrument is the touch-sensitive control strip… with no feedback — no tactile feedback, and not even a little beep or brief LED flash to acknowledge your key tap (or let you know that your finger isn’t tapping at quite the right spot). That makes adjusting the volume absurdly difficult, especially because the volume levels are closely-spaced, since they range only from very-quiet to quiet… and it’s especially hard to tell (guess) that you’ve hit the min or max setting.  Very 1970s. 1975 was 55 years ago, as of next week.I would certainly return this little piano if I had thought to play it along with another keyboard to check its intonation before it became The Big Special Christmas Toy. So… I guess it’s too late for me, but hopefully not too late for you.I would never have guessed that it might not play at standard pitch. It still seems inconceivable. I’ll contact the vendor about this issue (at least), and add to this review if I receive a helpful response.
