Cute and convenient for small jobs.
I got this as a “novelty” gift for the house to stick under the Xmas tree. We have a very old commercial shredder that is still working fine but a nuisance to bring into the house from the garage so by the time I get around to shredding, there’s months and tons of it. This little thing is toy-like but does the job quickly where I can get a few pages out of the way quickly. You do have to tear up the pages to fit but I do that even with the old shredder anyway just for security reasons. I only used this once to test it out first and it worked fine. Not for big projects, of course.

Great for small papers
It works great for personal use. Not for large or double papers. Definitely not for heavy use but great if you don’t want a large / expensive one.

Smaller than you think
This product requires that I cut every paper in half before shredding. It works decently, but the added step is a bit annoying

Won’t last
Don’t bother with buying this mini shredder! I bought this to shred brown paper for my compost but it was smaller than pictured so I had to tear up the bags into small pieces first. The lid doesn’t stay on and the handle easily falls off. I would have dealt with these issues but the final straw is that it no longer cuts paper; it simply crimps it. It did not even last 3 months and now it’s worthless. I will go back to tearing up my brown paper by hand.

Cute and small but a very useful product to have in your study table. Works perfectly well too. Good buy!!!
