So when I made this purchase this year 2024, I accidentally bought the protection plan twice as well. Now it does not want to work, I’ve tried it on several tvâs, switched cables etc.Now online it says that I am not eligible for the replacement.I really hope they live up to their word and send my replacement right away next day air please thanks.

Terrible insurance coverge
Purchased this coverage for an amazon firestick 4K. Husband spilled coffee on the remote. This is supposed to cover spills and accidents. I spent over an hour on the phone trying to get this company backed by Allstate to replace the remote. Then they told me they could only replace the entire package including the firestick. I said ok. Then the girl told me that they could not refund or replace the firestick nor could they do anything about the remote. They said they would refund my insurance cost but I had to call back in and I refused to wait another hour on the phone to talk to a real person. This company insurance is horrible. Don’t buy I would have given them zero stars but that was not an option.
