Great multi use hub
I got this hub for my MacBook Pro when I work at home and need multiple peripherals. I really like that it has an HDMI port as well so I can use a second monitor when I need that function. I use it to hook up an SSD drive when doing video editing since the newer MacBooks don’t have that many ports on the laptop itself.The finish on the hub seems to be of some light weight metal so it is very durable but also very portable. Acer is a familiar name so you can feel safe knowing it’s a reputable company. I haven’t tested the speeds of data transfer to see if it meets the specs they listed but I haven’t had any issues with anything going slow so no reason to believe that it doesn’t do what it says. I notice no lag while using any of the ports.I can’t think of anything bad to say about this product. Price is fair and you get a quality product that does what it says it does. Highly recommend.

This has what others may offer but do it with style and versatility. It offers high speed connections. The cord is the right length. You can access micro and standard SD cards. It also offers an HDMI port for a monitor. The look of this hub is a step above the regular fair. The build quality of this hub is typical Acer. It looks great and has great versatility, itâs just a near perfect solution for any laptop needing some expansion of hook ups as laptops are notorious for having limited connections. This is both an attractive solution and a really fast one for your newer laptop.

Good, but not what I need.
Device seems to work well, it’s a good size, seems to be sturdy and allows multiple different connections… however I purchased this because I needed the ability to charge my device while also using my AR glasses…. but the USB-C port does not allow for that, so I will need to return it.

It Works!
I have a very basic MacBook Air and it only has one port!! If you want to attach an external device but need to charge the computer at the same time you are out of luck…..so I researched and ordered this Acer USB hub and I can now plug that into the computer and any peripherals I need….at the same time as charging it. The Hub is good looking, well made and it works.

Works great!
I tried it on my laptop and it does great. Card reader works but only one at the time (either the microSD/TF or the Big SD like the microSD in the SD adapter) The only con is you only get up to 30hz on my laptop when you are in 4K resolution. Others like 1080p and 720p have 60hz on my TV.But the main reason that I made the right purchase is for the Retroid Pocket 4 Pro. It charges flawlessly and HDMI out really works and I can connect my keyboard/mouse unifying reciever and/or a controller via USB. It really works! So now my handheld android gaming console can also be a home console like the switch. Worth the buy. Highly recommend.

I bought to use on my Samsung S10 Ultra tablet. It doesn’t charge the tablet at full speed, but it does charge. Everything I have plugged into the hub works good. Mostly used sandisk ssd and have had no issues.

High power charging with fast USB 3 5G ports plus USB C interface are all good selling points. Card readers are also useful when an external one is not around. Perfect for media use. Also connecting to USB audio devices is no problem. The USB C port is essential for further extension of more ports or for higher speed devices while keeping the size compact for carrying around. Very useful design.
