Game changer for meetings and conference calls
First off, I chose this model specifically because it is wired. I have seen coworkers use wireless models that had unacceptable latency issues and I did not want to deal with charging or pairing. It connects right away to your phone or your laptop with USB C and includes an adapter to USB A. The control buttons are a nice touch.I use this with my laptop in a conference rooms at work with 5-10 people present in the room and several more on call and it works flawlessly. The multiple microphones ensure that everybody can be heard. I use it with my phone at home whenever I need to pull other family members into a call or host a zoom meeting. The phone audio quality is great. Very clear.

Plug and play at its finest!
This is a great microphone/speaker for a home office. I recently changed my home office set up to have my laptop closed while using monitors, but that causes my computers microphone and speakers to be blocked and muffled. I donât like using headphones unless I have too, and this speaker/microphone was the perfect solution. I have long used anker products, and have come to expect reliable, stylish, and functional products. This anker product does not disappoint. The speaker gets more than loud enough, and the sound quality is clear. Everyone at work I have asked said my microphone quality is crystal clear on this while using this product. My work computer has a lot of security on it so I assumed I would have to mess around with a ton of setting for this to work, but was pleasantly surprised to find it worked immediately and automatically switched my microphone input and audio output to the anker speaker/microphone. It also works seamlessly with Microsoft teams, and the mute and volume buttons on the speaker trigger the teams microphone/volume functions, which is amazing. I also like the corded connection, as there is no need to worry about battery life. The speaker is also compact, which is great for travel. 10/10

Great for meetings, no feedback, loud and clear.
I bought this as I need to take proctored examâs and headphones arenât allowed. As I use an old pc tower without a mic, I picked this up. Iâve been using this for meetings so I donât need my bulky gaming headset. This works great as intended, though not great for music. As itâs not tuned for music, Iâm not taking any points off. Buy this and save your money! I only use the USB-C connection and donât intend to ever use Bluetooth as my dock has spare ports.

Works well and is reliable
This is a pretty decent replacement speaker for my MacBook Pro. I keep my laptop in clamshell mode so I need a mic and speaker. The built in speakers of the mac are amazing with great sound and this speaker is close to matching it however it misses the bass pretty heavily. Which is to be expected considering this is a conference speaker/mic. It still functions very well and I still listen to music with it. I do miss my built in speakers but this is the best solution i have found without going too heavily in cost.The noise cancellation is great and the other people on my calls do not hear feedback even when max volume.

Best conference speaker for the price that I’ve every owned — Easy and intuitive to use for conference calls, listening to YouTube, even pretty good for listening to music. Excellent volume, dynamic range and clarity for such a compact speaker unit. As good as many much more expensive products on the market.

It really is plug and play!
I have a Lenovo laptop I use for work from home days. The internal speakers are poor to say the least. I had tried connecting a small bluetooth speaker, but the connectivity was not consistent or reliable. I bought the Anker speaker and it solved my problems. Super easy to use: I just plugged into my laptop port and my laptop automatically detected it and now defaults to it (including Zoom). You can mute, control volume or hang up directly on the Anker. Buttons are large and easy to see and operate. Now I have crystal clear sound and don’t have to rely on earbuds or the lackluster laptop speakers.
