Cute little printer!
I love the compact size of this cute little printer! The setup was very straightforward with simple instructions and support resources. The package came with some labels and a USB-C to USB-A dongle connector. I do wish it was direct USB-C connectivity so there would be no dongle needed, but the fact that they considered including the adapter is much appreciated.I myself did not try the desktop version of the software, and instead I used there mobile version of the app to print form my iPad. The app navigation is very barebones and simplified, but its simplicity makes the setup process quick and easy. The app even has a link for tutorial videos and live support to help.There are the options of opening up existing documents or images, or creating within a template. When creating with a template, there are no filters to better organize the different label types, so you’ll have to search up the type of label or scroll through the endless options. I wish that was more convenient, but once you’re in the template designer, you can add your own text, images, shapes, and even create barcodes or QR codes. The latter two seem super useful to truly customize the labels printed.The printer’s speed is nice and quick, and the results are clear. I tested the printer with digital sketches of my friend’s art to test the DPI, and I will say it’s not 300DPI. Though it’s still crisp enough to get some fine details and smaller text. However, unlike some other thermal printers, this printer is not able to print in grayscale. To print shipping labels and text, this isn’t necessary at all, but just in my niche testing example, I wanted to see if it was possible. The alignment for the most part seems to be straight, but it does slightly slant. It was able to print the entire image without cutting anything off.Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with this printer! For creating shipping labels and other text labels, it’s really easy to use. I’m looking forward to using this more!

Good budget label printer!!
Love it! Takes me about a minute to print out labels. super easy to use, so far had no issues with it and I’ve had it for about over a year. Would recommend for small businesses!

Just what I was hoping for!
This is my 4th label printer, and by far the best of the bunch.I have the following, in order of purchase:Jiose 4×6 label printer: entry level, cheapest available at the time; has served me well for my home-based business many years and is still working after thousands of printsPhomemo M400S: really fun 4×6 printer, my first Bluetooth enabled one, has a bunch of sticker and to do list templates and is very portable as it doesn’t need to be plugged in to anything; the big con is that since it holds the labels internally it can only fit very small rolls of labels in a proprietary size, so it is not cost effective for business usePhomemo D30: similar features as M400S but in a mini handheld form just for quick fingertip labelsAnd then there’s this one! I love that it’s Bluetooth, it prints much faster than any of the others I’ve had, and set-up was a breeze. Now I can operate my business straight from my smartphone if I want to, instead of having to boot up the computer every time. The price point is quite reasonable too. The one con I’ll mention about all of these is that they each require their own phone app to work. I wish there was just a single open source app that could manage all of my devices, because I have way too many apps as it is.Now that I have 2 business printers, I can finally set up the two most common label sizes to just run and say goodbye to having to load and realign them every time I want to print a different sized label. Someday when the Jiose finally retires I will surely want another one of these so they can stack together more neatly as you see in my setup. I wish I could have gotten this a long time ago!
