Amazing Label Maker – So Easy to Use!
I am absolutely loving this Brady Mighty Mate label maker! It’s exactly what I needed to get my home and office organized. The first thing that impressed me was how easy it was to set up. I literally just turned it on, and it connected to my phone instantly via Bluetooth. No complicated pairing or fiddling with settings! The app is pretty straightforward, and I was able to design and print labels in minutes. I love that it has so many options, from different fonts and symbols to barcodes and QR codes. I’ve been using it for everything from labeling pantry jars to creating gift tags. The labels themselves are fantastic. They’re durable and stick really well. I’ve even put some on containers that I keep in the freezer and dishwasher, and they haven’t peeled or faded at all.I do have a couple of minor quibbles. The app could be a bit more intuitive, especially for beginners. And I noticed that the top margin on the printed labels is a bit larger than what’s displayed in the app, which takes some getting used to.But overall, those are minor issues. This label maker is a fantastic tool. It’s easy to use, produces high-quality labels, and has a ton of features. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to get organized and add a touch of personalization to their belongings.

Only works with Mighty Mate cartridges.
Printer works well and connected to my iPhone very easily. Well built and rugged. But Iâm disappointed that it only works with Mighty Mate cartridges and not other label cartridges that are the exact same size. To use the full range of Brady labels, you have to purchase another version of this printer thatâs twice the price. This could be a great option for a home or office that only needs basic labels, but a professional will want to buy the other model.

Works great
This works great and was easy to set up and use. Itâs compact and more robust than another smaller label maker I used to have. The print quality is good and I believe the price point is on target for what you get.

Prints great. Manual lacking, but support is great.
This printer is well-made, is rubberized for ruggedness, and has a place to attach it to a carabiner. I feel like this could be used on a construction site without worrying about it too much. There’s a lot to like, but very little not to like. I had one issue with it, and I emailed support, and they were on top of it and resolved my situation quickly.PROS:Durable, rubberized housing that can hang from a tool belt.Easy to use and start quickly with the app.Cartridge system is simple.Plenty of customization options.Excellent customer support.CONS:Comes with a small starter tape.No PC app. Phones only.Hard to add fonts (in Android at least, and that’s more due to the OS).I will be using this a lot.

Where has this thing been for my entire life?!
I used to have a very cheap label maker from back in the 1900’s but after my OCD got the best of me, I knew I needed something more modern and capable…this thing does not disappoint! It seems like it’s built to very durable so I have no concerns about this machine breaking on me any time soon. From labeling totes in the basement to tools in my garage, this thing has come in handy! The ability to use an app on your phone is quite nice but I do wish there was an option on my laptop as well.

Pretty good
This is a pretty good label maker. It prints easily and legibly. Overall it works well. I just think it was a little steep on the price for what it is. You can basically get a nicer printer for that price

Excellent Label Printer With Limited Label Options
First, this is an absolutely fantastic label printer that prints nice, wide labels (.75â) cleanly and clearly using thermal transfer technology (not the cheaper thermal printing used on receipts that fades quickly). The software is easy and intuitive to learn and use and it connects right away every time without a fuss. For the price I donât think thereâs a better label printer on the market. My only complaint is Brady has software limited the label cartridges it can use so that it wonât use labels that fit the Brady m210 line, despite the cartridges being identical in shape and size and fitting fine in either printer. I have both and can confirmthisâthey fit perfectly in either printer but the mighty mate wonât recognize the cartridge due to the little chip embedded in the bottom of the catridge. This is unfortunate because there are currently only two label types (clear and white on black) available for the MM and many, many more for the M210 and similar printers like the M211.But I suppose thatâs nitpicking. This is still a LOT of printer for the price itâs offered and it really is a fantastic printer. If forced to choose between the Mighty Mate and the similarly priced M210 it really depends on whether having the greater number of label options itâs important to you, or whether the ability to really get more creative designing labels with the Mighty Mate software matters more to you. Itâs an unfortunate dilemma and I wish Brady would provide more crossover between the two platforms.
