This was a Christmas present to my grandson. He loved it sits on cabinet looks nice and reminds him to charge it.

Doesn’t charge the headset
In my picture it shows that it’s not charged, but the light on the headset, above the power button will not light up to show it’s charging. I’ve tried messing with the cables like it suggests and it has a solid connection & it’s very hot. After a minute or 2, the headset base will then turn blue like it’s fully charged, but the headset is still dead. It charges the controllers, but not the headset. Sending it back.

It looks stylish and organized
I used to have my oculus just laying on my tv stand now that I got this charging station not only does it charge it but makes it look organized I used to always have it discharged so helped alot

Comprehensive charging kit for the Meta Quest 3
This kit comprises of everything you need to keep you Meta Quest 3 up and running when you need it. Gone are all the charging wires, it has replacement batteries and battery covers for your controllers making them easy to just lay in the charging cradle and keep charged. There are small magnetic adapters that clip into the headset and then as you rest the headset in the cradle, you can attach the charging cable magnetically. If you are careful in placement, it will automatically pick up that charging cable so you don’t even have to attach it. It charges quickly, and has a nice ambient glow to it if you so choose. There is a button on the front to switch between color modes and to also turn the lights off if you don’t want them on. A single USB C connector on the back is there for charging, but the USB cable does NOT come with the base, so you’ll need to use your original Meta Quest charging cable, which is no big deal, but wanted to point that out. Overall, very happy with this charging dock!

The charging/display dock comes in quite a small box and the unit has quite a small footprint. No charger is included. But, instructions are given on what kind of power output can be used.The set includes some rechargeable batteries. These are specific to this unit. You can’t use any other regular rechargeables. Using the charger means replacing your existing battery covers with the special magnetic ones which are also included.One thing to note is that you can’t use controller covers as they will prevent the controllers making a connection. I do have some, so have to put the safety covers on after the controllers have been charged.I also have a cover on my headset. This didn’t interfere with positioning too much, but because I have a backstrap with battery strap, this did mean that it didn’t sit wholly as possibly as intended. But it still works.The controllers magnetically connect to the base unit. It’s not a powerful grip and it’s worth spending a moment to ensure that a good connection has been made.The dock has a lighting system which is quite useful and adaptable. There’s a colour for charging and a different colour when it’s charged. You can use a little button to change from a ‘breathing’ mode to a more static one if you choose. The light is on constantly which might bother some people.In summary, fit for purpose when using the Quest 3 native strap. Would have been nice to have a choice of regular rechargeables to perhaps use a higher capacity so your controllers last longer.
