Works well for my VR Games
This Kiiroo VR Headset isnât a full VR device, but a device meant to aid using VR apps on a phone, which is exactly what I wanted since I have a couple of games that use VR apps on my phone and either didnât come with headsets/holders or came with ones that didnât work very well. For that purpose, the Kiiroo device works quite well.Thereâs enough room in this holder to fit larger phones, but my Samsung S22 Ultra maxes out the capacity, so I wouldnât go larger than that. It fits nicely, though, and it was easy to insert and remove the phone, which is helpful. The headset has lens focus dials as well as an IDP dial to get the image to look just right. I had some trouble figuring out how to get everything to work with some of my apps, so thereâs a definite learning curve that couldâve been simplified with more detailed directions, but once I figured things out, the headset worked nicely for hands-free immersion.Wearing the device was comfortable. The straps have the ability to adjust so the headset would fit pretty much any head-size.All-in-all, this is a basic headset, and as basic sets go, this is good quality and works well. Iâm happy with it.

Great phone holder for VR apps
Not sure what other reviewers were expecting, but this phone holder headset is fantastic for the price, of course it’s not fully standalone VR.Pros: Nice face padding, fully adjustable lenses, adjustable pupil distance, and a decent head strap. My huge Pixel 9 pro xl fits perfectly fine even with the case on.Cons: now I want to buy another one.I bought this specifically to use as a fpv drone spectator headset with an android usb otg camera receiver. It’s perfect for letting other people watch when I’m flying.For $20 I doubt it can be beat by any other options on Amazon.

An upgrade from google cardboard
This is a phone holder. If you have a VR app on your phone that you want to try out, this is the way to go. It’s more comfortable on your face. The padding around the edge is plush and breathable. If you use readers for close-up viewing, you must wear those between your phone and face. There are no correction lenses available for this holder.

Don’t waste your money on this
I was looking for a better quality VR headset to replace the cardboard ones that I’ve used in the past. While this VR headset is constructed well (sturdy plastic frame,soft foam frame, elastic straps), it is non-functional. The cardboard VR headsets that I’ve used in the past come with QR codes to scan to identify the product in the VR apps – this headset does not have a QR code to scan. I have tried several VR apps on iOS and none of them have been compatible with this headset. The instructions provided with this headset are worthless (simply telling you to download VR apps and see what works). While trying to figure out how to get the VR headset to work, I went to the Kiiroo website (where I found out that this is a sex toy company). Unfortunately, their website doesn’t provide instructions for how he VR headset can be used either. In short, this is a complete waste of money.

Inexpensive VR ‘Headset’ for Phone
I ordered this VR headset for my iPhone on a whim and itâs really interesting for sure. Iâve used it to watch YouTube videos and it has been a lot of fun for sure. Iâm still keeping an eye for some VR style apps. The There isnât any way to control the phone really while itâs in the headset but Iâm still playing around it with. The instructions were pretty handy if a bit light. Itâs a fun inexpensive bit of tech. Youâre able to adjust the focus of the lenses independently and also the spatial distance between the eyes. After looking at the shop that sells it I think I might have to try watching some different âmoviesâ when Iâm having playtime with partner. *Wink*

It does what it says it does but there is not much there, it’s very reliant on your phone and apps that are intended for “VR” use. This and your phone will give you about 20% of what real VR is today but if you’re just trying to try it and have absolutely no money this will be a good start.
