So much fun!!!!
We purchased for a toddler, but these drums ca be enjoyed at any age.I love that the set is compact compared to a fun drum set. Easy to store, so keep clean and easy to use!

Drums
My son loves the drums. You can place them anywhere (floor, a table, or a couch) and just start drumming. Fun toy for a 3 yr old and assuming a bit older, too, as he starts to understand what drumming is about.

On the smaller side and with one critical flaw but otherwise fun
My preschooler loves drumming, but he’s too hard on the little kid drum sets they make and keeps breaking them. So I thought a mat might be a better way to get him into the idea of it. I like that the drums have different sounds to them and that there are also cymbals, but I don’t like that you can’t get the sounds of multiple drums to play simultaneously. And the pad is pretty small, so you have to have some control to not hit multiple drums at once by accident.The biggest issue with the pad, at least for a younger kid, is that the plastic piece at the top (on/off and settings) is pretty brittle and right next to where they’re hitting. I am afraid my son will hit it and break it some day. I also wish he couldn’t turn on the random background songs and just walk away, but hey, one issue at a time. Overall I like this mat for being an easy-to-store drumming solution, but it’s not perfect.

Best suited for very young children
Iâm disappointed with the 9 Pads Electronic Kids Drum Set. The biggest issue is that you canât hit more than one pad at a time and have it be responsive. If you hit one pad and then quickly move to another, thereâs a serious lag, which makes it feel very unresponsive. I got this for my 10-year-old, but he got bored of it very quickly. Itâs definitely not suited for older kids looking for a real practice pad. While it might be okay for much younger children as a toy or entertainment, itâs not functional enough for serious drumming practice.

Electronic Drum Set
This is such a fun and entertaining little electronic drum set! They enjoy being able to take it anywhere, use it on any type of surface, jam out with their daddy, and improve their cognitive skills. Mom loves it because it’s incredibly easy to clean, it provides endless hours of screen-free play, and you can hook it up to a pair of headphones and not have to listen to the constant repetition of the same chords over and over and over and over…. BLISS!! All around win here!

We bought this drum set for my nephew who loves instruments. It lightweight and easy to take anywhere in just a backpack. You can put batteries in it for in the go or plug it into the wall. I love how it has the headphone jack so kids can wear headphones and parents donât have to hear how loud they are playing the drums!!! Itâs fun for everyone!!
