Great and sturdy
I want to say that this chair is great. Itâs easy to assemble, sturdy and looks classy and elegant. Itâs quite comfortable too. However, Iâve been using my husbandâs kneeling chair in the last couple of monthsâhe has the expensive brandâs chair which I borrowed. I got used to that one, and that is the only reason why Iâm sending back this one. This chair has a slightly different angle for the hips and knees than the expensive one: in this chair Iâm sitting a bit higher and especially my hips are slightly higher than on the other one, and that causes that I feel like Iâm sliding down a little after sitting on it for quite some time (btw Iâm 5â7â and thin). The cushions for the butt and for the knees are thick enough but firm as wellâinitially this can be a bit uncomfortable if you sit on it all day long, but my experience is that the cushions will soften, so donât get discouraged if initially itâs not the softest. I couldnât feel the wood at all so it gives enough padding. The knee pad is wide enough to sit on it comfortably.Another thing I got used to on the other chair is to sit with one leg bent on the padding and the other leg extended BETWEEN the two knee padsâthis chair, however, has one big cushion and not two smaller ones with space in between them, which means that I canât sit on this one like that.It was also important to me for the chair to be a rocking chair and not one with legs: itâs crucial to be able to move the spine (especially the lower back) a bit throughout the day. This is a good feature in this chair too.I also want to add that it takes TIME to get used to a kneeling chair if you never tried it before: try sitting on it for shorter periods and alternating between your regular chair and this one, and gradually increase the time you spend on it.I have the means to buy the expensive one so TO ME that is worth it (but it depends on height, weight, and so many other things what feels comfortable for someone and what not), and given that itâs slightly more comfortable Iâm choosing that one. But if I wanted to spend much less but still get a sturdy, comfortable rocking kneeling chair, then I would totally keep this one.

Helped my back
Pros:Pretty easy to installGood lookingHeld up so far (I am 200 lb)Angles work for my legs (I am 5â2â). Would probably work for someone with up to 6â more thigh length.I love the rocking and it really does alleviate my lower back pain that I get from sitting on a normal chair. You can sit on the shin pad if you have enough flexibility and need a change of position.Cons:The seat is kind of wobbly from side to side, itâs the nature of the design. Thereâs nothing supporting the seat side to side because you need to be able to swing your legs in.Shin pad was too thin and making my shins hurt. I folded a throw blanket and that made enough cushion for me. Might not be an issue for a lighter person.Other notes: It raises you higher than a typical desk, so be prepared to have a way to raise your work station.

Unique Office Chair – Offers More than Expected!
I rarely write reviews and am not being incentivized to do so. As a kneeling chair alone it can be hard on the shins and I add a pillow if I am in that position for a while. That’s the biggest negative. The chair is attractive, rocks nicely if you want it to but has a lot of stability. My favorite part is I can shift and find lots of positions to use this chair in. I turn it around and sit on the chair part without the kneeling feature. I can also lean far back during the day and release the tension in my back. I can stretch into a cross legged position and still be stable. It is really great in this way versus trying to use it just for kneeling alone. I am flexible and lightweight and so I am not sure how this would work for all different body types but for me it is a winner.

Missing Screw & Instructions
Chair is what you’d expect, a little larger than you would imagine. The package didn’t have instructions or a screw. With the help of the Amazon Community , I was able to get it assembled. It will only go together one way & if you are forcing it, it is probably wrong. They say the arrows should be pointing toward each other, which is strange. Seems like a couple colored stickers would get the point across a bit more easily. The longer B piece goes under where your knees go. The C piece goes under the seat. The long pieces have extra indentations on the inside where the slats should go, so if it is a smooth hole, flip it to the other side before securing slat. The slats are cut on an angle. E is the main seat and D is the knee pad. I was missing a screw, which I find kinda humorous, I thought Amazon always made manufacturers include an extra screw. I have gotten one or two with each of these assembly style items. It isn’t hard to put together but it can be very frustrating, just keep flipping the pieces and using that hex wrench , you will get it. Seems like ok product even with missing screw, it sits comfortably and rocks. Thank you to all Amazon who helped me assemble this, it would have been firewood without you.

Fantastic
This way of sitting is far superior than standard chairs. I only used it for 1 solid 8 hr work day but the difference was huge. No shoulder or neck pain. Didnt feel all hunched up like a shrimp. Im hyper mobile so have a hard time letting my legs dangle, it just doesnt frel right/comfortable. Sitting like this feel right. I wish there was a but more cushion on the chair/knee rest but im glad i went with this model and not the cheaper ones. Feels nice and sturdy and was easy to put together. I even use it when gaming! Its that much more comfortable than a standard office chair

Perfect office chair. It was easy to put together – all tools needed are included but it’s easier with a impact driver. Very sturdy with no sharp bits or rough edges. Pressure is centered on the shins rather than the knees while you’re sitting so it’s very comfortable and I love that it rocks. Not adjustable but both of our household members can use it despite our differences in height (5’2″ and 5’10’). It takes up more floor space and is harder to get out of than a typical office chair but I find it more ergonomic – encourages straight back posture.

It is surprisingly comfortable and forces you to sit upright. I had some shoulder pain for the first few weeks until I found the right desk height to match it, but I have to worry very little about slouching now and am very happy with the purchase. I now use the chair for a full work day 8+ hrs. It’s very nice for fidgety/neurodivergent people who like to rock.My only criticism would be that the cushion itself is not super comfortable and it can wear on the shins after a long day.

Depending on your condition the chair may work or may not work for you.For me, I suffer from herniated disc for years and I simply cannot maintain the active position on this chair for more than 5 mins.Although it doesnât work for me, the chair is sturdy. Doesnât make noise when rocking because of the pad on the bottom. Easy to assemble. Not expensive vs ergonomic chair. May be try it and see if it works for you.

I am neurodivergent and I love this chair for stimming while getting some virtual tasks done. However I will say this does incredibly hurt my tailbone, buttocks and shins, over the span of an hour. It is very difficult to move around after. I do not blame the cushioning at all on the pain, I think it is more so I’m not used to sitting like that and it’s a lot of new weight and pressure on those areas. I do like how it forces me to sit straight though and it helps my posture but honestly somedays I avoid the chair because of the pain. I do also find the chair quite wobbly and I made sure the screws were right.
