This was for my grandsons birthday, the item was sturdy ,well built. everything needed was included in the pkg. He has been using the free music lessons and has learned to play a couple of songs already. He has been learning on an acoustic and was very excited about his electric guitar. Great quality
I love this guitar. I am a beginner and I didnât want to spend a lot of money on something that I wasnât sure Iâd be able to do. This came with everything needed. I am taking lessons and the teacher (who also repairs guitars and builds custom guitars) said that he loves Squiers and that this package was a great choice. Itâs much easier to play than my acoustic, too, which has saved me much frustration. Would 100% recommend.

Be patient it takes awhile to receive
Ordered for a Christmas present and received it way after Christmas. It took a good about 30 days. We survived, and it is a perfect first guitar and is a much love present.

Good guitar
I love this guitar, but there are some cons. It came in matte black, and it looks very good. It is quite light but sounds decent. This was my first guitar, so I don’t know too much, but it is a good starter. I think a Telecaster would be better than the Stratocaster, as the volume knob gets in the way of your strumming. The tremolo bar probably makes it fall out of tune, but it stays in tune for a good time. The main con is the low E and A strings buzz a lot. My father plays this in bands and likes it more than his guitar, which is multiple times the price, as it is versatile.

It’s perfect for what we need at this point, and it doesn’t cost a fortune. Good quality sound and materials, clearly Fender does not stamp their brand without making sure the product is worth it.
