Overall, I love the chair but there are a few minor drawbacks that I feel need addressed to earn a 5 star review. One of the arm rests came with a small dent in it from shipping. It’s hardly noticeable but I feel like it could be avoided with a slight change to the packaging. Additionally, I wish the lumbar support had more adjustability in it in the form of a tilt or a forwards/backwards motion. Other than that, I love the chair. It is super comfy to sit on and the footrest feels really sturdy. I have plenty of adjustability in the armrests and headrest as well.

Love it. VERY comfortable
I was skeptical on this one when I first got it, until I finally got a friend to help put it together for my home office. But, when I sat in it, I loved it. It is comfortable and worth the money. I am not a thin man by any means and I can lay back in this chair and not fear falling backwards due to overbalancing it. I am still not brave enough to use the leg extension on it, but maybe one day. it is comfortable and I can nearly fall asleep laying back which makes it dangerous for my home office. I still highly recommend that!

Incorrect seat height in diagram
I purchased this chair almost solely because of the “diagram” in the product descriptions, that shows a maximum seat height of 21.5 inches “at the base of the seat assembly”. However, after full assembly, and measurement, it turns out that the height is “barely” 21 inches “at the top of the sitting surface” (this is at HUGE mistake in the diagram, and EXTREMELY misleading!), rendering my purchase completely useless, since I already had an old chair with that height.As everyone reading this will understand, returning chairs are a near-impossibility, owing to the sheer pain of disassembling them, packaging, paying shipping fees, and the like!I would never buy from this supplier again, and would like to caution anyone about misleading labeling and diagrams on the product pamphlets that these people put out. I have–for all practical purposes–lost 200+ dollars!

Pretty good chair
I received the chair and put it together and probably less than an hour. The chair itself was pretty good quality but the foot stool had broken. I contacted the merchants sent them pictures of the damage and they very quickly sent out a replacement. I would recommend doing business with this merchant because they made it real easy for me. The chair was comfortable and provided great back support.

The chair looks high end but not as comfortable as I thought
I like the high back of this chair as well as the mesh. The lumbar portion kind of bothers me and I can’t get it adjusted right. The cushion is soft enough for extended use. The arm rests are adjustable and like that I can move them side to side for more adjustment. The chrome finish on the feet makes it look more expensive than it is.
