Great dimmer, great customer service
I bought 3 of these dimmers along with a lot of lighting for a large deck. They look awesome and I feel a dimmer is must to create the right look. Anyways one of the dimmers did stop working, a couple emails later an new one shows up at my door. Very good service and they stand behind their products. Thanks!!

Doesn’t work.
Installed the deck lights and followed instructions to attached dimmer (app and all). Deck lights work great but as soon as this dimmer was installed the deck lights went out. It also wasn’t able to connect to my wifi…ever.Tried multiple times (set and reset) and ended up bringing in an electrician. No luck there either.Horrible product and complete waste of time and money. Now what?

The 12V photo cell works well. There were no instructions and it would be nice if the photo cell came with a set of open wire connectors for each end.

An excellent stand alone dimmer, backed up by outstanding customer service
This is an excellent dimmer, but I did have a couple of issues. First, the instructions included for operation and programming of the remote were for an older version and were incorrect. However, an email to their customer support got a prompt response, and excellent customer service from Bianca. The second issue was that the remotes, being not programmable, control both dimmers I purchased. Through the customer service system, again with Bianca, we discovered that the new model of dimmer does not have a programmable remote, and hence both remotes control both dimmers. Seven Colors Lighting offered to take the dimmer back for a full refund, but I decided to keep it as a spare in case I ever need it.During the customer service process, the company made a video demonstrating the operation of the remote, which I have attached so everyone can see it and know how it works. It’s simple, but the instructions can be confusing.I highly recommend this product to anyone purchasing the lights that it works with, but do not buy two hoping that you can have independently controlled light strings. I tried separating the dimmers by 25 feet, and was still unable to control them independently.

Worked for my lights.
Easy swap but make sure itâs the right connector. Is was a 4 pin / 4 pin. I had to return another because it was a 2 pin / 4 pin.

If your lights wonât work, try rotating the connection 180 degrees
This module and remote is great!! I love it! I can dim my patio lights as i need: bright lights when we stay out late in the evening, and low dim lights when nobodyâs on the deck during the night. The remote looks more like a toy and the batteries only last about a month or two.

GREAT customer service!
We have made several purchases from 7 Colors Lighting and couldn’t be happier. Our backyard patio lights and front walkway lights are beautiful. We had an issue with the controller for the patio and more recently with the remote for the walkway. Bianca at customer service was SO helpful. She replaced the controller and sent a new one, WIFI, for the walkway. The WIFI controller is awesome. We were able to set our sequence, color and now set a timer for turning the lights on and off. We were so impressed that we ordered another WIFI controller or the patio. Such excellent customer service is hard to come by these days. Many thanks to Bianca for all of her help!!!

Package arrived prior to suggested date.Well packaged and complete.Unfortunately part did not work however when emailed seller for return label, was told keep it and funds were quickly put back on my account.Fantastic customer service!I would definitely purchase from again.
