Love the Alexa conversion feature!
I use Alexa for so many functions but was running out of outlets!! This helped me get organized with all I needed to get plugged but also for USB plug ins as well. Great purchase! And great price!

Works great but easy to unplug
This works great for me, but I have a little bit of an issue with the space between outlets due to chunky plugs (not their fault), and for cords reaching (specific to my house). I love that it has USB charging built in so I don’t have to use one of my blocks for my bedroom and can just leave a cord available to charge my phone on my nightstand. I also like that it’s essentially a smart powerstrip but with one less cable. It makes it a bit harder to reach but works out well enough. The biggest issue I have though, is with 6 output outlets and only one plug on the back and no screw, it tends to get pulled out rather easily when the cords plugged into it get yanked or tugged. It would be nice if they modified it with a hole in the center and supplied an extra long bolt for bolting it to the wall outlet, like I’ve seen for nonsmart outlet splitters, so that it stays attached. Otherwise great buy, just gotta keep pressing it back into the outlet.

Works great with my entertainment Center
I bought this for my entertainment center in my RV. It works great i used to turn on my sound bar while I watch the news in the motioning then turn it on when I am watching next flies or a good movie, I can control my outlet with the phone app or Alexa also, I like that it comes with 3 USB ans can turn on or off individually. I will order another one for the kitchen.

DOESN’T WORK. BLOCKED MY PHONES WIFI CONNECTION
It would not connect at all to my Google hub originally. Months later I finally got it to connect on the Tuyasmart app and once it had, it blocked my phone’s capability to connect to the Wi-Fi network. It took me almost 24 hours to get it figured out what was wrong with my phone, until I removed the device from the Tuyasmart app and my phone’s Wi-Fi connection works perfectly fine now. Worthless do not buy it I would give it a negative review if I could. Waste of money and time!

Great addition to the smart hub/plug family. I can cnlomtrol 3 outlets and 3 usb ports in a schedule. Can also use the 3 always on outlets as well or turn them all off with one touch.

App buggy and one or two other small issues
App hasnt connected for me the past 2 times i have tried to set it up. Had an issue with one of the devices plugged into it, a PC, losing power and hard shutting down. Checked windows event viewer and it doesn’t seem to be a hardware issue, and said issue stopped when i put the PC behind a separate surge protector that is plugged into the same port on this device as my PC was plugged into.USB ports on top are nice to have, device only uses a single plug into the double outlet that it covers, could be designed to use both which possibly would help with the issue i was having listed above.Only 3 ports can be controlled with the app, if you can even get the app to work.I wouldn’t recommend this product with so many other options at this price point, but not something i would return due to the issues i have with it.

Quedo muy bien instalado y trabaja sin ningún problema lo único que verÃa como detalle es que los contactos están muy pegados y no los pude utilizar todos se quedo uno libre, porque hay enchufes algo gruesos y no caben bien. Uno lo pude arreglar poniendo un extensor de enchufe.

Ante todo, no, no todos los contactos son inteligentes, solo 3 clavijas y los usb se encienden/apagan simultaneos no individual. Los materiales están bien pero podrÃan ser mejores pero por precio es lo justo. Queda un poco flojo el agarre al momento de desconectar cables. Es una muy buena mejora si quieres empezar a tener una casa inteligente porque te proporciona enchufes extras que nunca vienen mal y los usb son muy útiles para cargar celulares, dejar fija estaciones inalambricas, tiras led o cualquier dispositivo que requiera una alimentación de 5V. Me hubiera gustado que los usb queden mirando hacia abajo para que los cables no se doblaran, pero eso depende de donde este situado el outlet, pero se soluciona volteando el socket.
