Lights are nice Remote is Junk UPDATE Hedynshine sent a replacement.
I put some under the bed so that we would have a night lite to get up and use the restroom in the middle of the night. The receptacle that I used to plug the power cord into is difficult to get to for me so I was relying on the remote to function as the on and off switch. I do not need it for any other reason. The remote does not work. I took the battery out and tested the battery and it has 3.3 volts so it’s not the battery. I am also aware of the plastic tab that keeps the battery from connecting to the contacts during shipping. I removed it to no avail. Lights are nice but it is a waste of resources to send a remote that is junk.UPDATE: Hedynshine reached out after I posted this review. They sent me a replacement. I would recommend this vendor to anyone whoo needs these types of lights. I have no complaints toward a business trying to do the right thing. Thanks Hedynshine, I really appreciate you taking care of my wife and I. Order from these folks, they have excellent customer service.

Great lights!
We bought these LED lights to decorate our golf cart for Christmas. These were perfect. They are battery operated, remote controlled, and have tons of different colors and functions to choose from. We plan to leave them on and use them year round. I would definitely recommend these.

Lights are OK but the little interface they get power from is JUNK
It’s taken several minutes of fiddling around with the small interface the lights get their power and control from. When plugged in, nothing happens but if I move the power adapter plug to the interface box around the lights will flicker. Every once in a while I will get the plug in the perfect position where the lights will stay on but if I move anything the lights go off. I am pretty sure if it’s the interface connection from the power plug which seems to be where the connection issue is. If the vendor would send a replacement interface I would appreciate it but I doubt that will happen. Bluetooth connects intermittently but when connected the app on my phone from 15 feet away doesn’t do anything to control the lights. Not a happy camper, and I suggest you look elsewhere for better LED lights.

Great LED kit
Great kit. This is the first time buying a LED strip and I have waited before writing this review.1) This is 2x 50ft rolls. It is not a continuous 100ft string. For me, this just means I had to put power in the middle which was no big deal. If you need 100 continuous, you will need a different kit.2) Throw away included white clips and 90 degree connectors. They are junk and will lead to nothing but problems. I struggled with a strand going dim, losing colors, and failing all together. From what I learned you probably don’t even need to cut it at all. You can go around corners fairly easily. If you did cut them, Amazon has clear connectors that are a bit more expensive, but they work.3) If you do cut and splice, you get only a couple chances to get it connected. If the end becomes too mangled, you need to clip off 8″ and start over. If you use the white plastic connectors you have to try and lift the pins so you have enough clearance for the tape to slide under.4) More color modes in the app than what the remote has to offer. Worth checking out. If you’re trying to have it sync to the music, the speaker needs to be very close to the sensor.5) These are not individually addressable LEDs. Meaning unlike the pictures, it’s impossible for the whole strip to have a rainbow effect. You can cycle though the colors, but the whole length will be one color. You won’t get blue in one part, red in another, etc.6) The tape is awesome and sticks to just about anything. Mine is taped to unpainted wood. I had to reposition it a couple times and it stuck back to position. I was thinking for sure I’d have to use clips.

I got these over 3 years ago and they still work, which seems impressive compared to reviews on other brands. The first room I had them in they stuck very well, but when I removed them it left so much of the sticky strip which was a chore to remove. However, I was able to put them up again (different room) and they still stuck! and they didn’t leave anything behind after I took them off to move again. there is a section of about 5 lights that only glow red anytime they’re on, but I think that’s just a common issue with these lights. controller works pretty well, but you have to be fairly close and point directly at the box for it to work. lights get pretty bright and have a good variety of colors!

Almost good
After putting these two stands up, at the end there are sections on 8 lights that are different colors. The remote was rattling when I got it out of the box, it appears to be non functional but I can still use the app to change the lights.The lights work good except for the miscolorations on the ends of the two strands of 50 ft sections.

I usually would use Christmas lights and hang them around my room but Iâve been wanting to try LEDâs for SO long. These are perfect. I love the settings and how it connects to my phone. I have had them up for about a week and they havenât peeled or anything so 10/10.
