I am loving this keyboard!
This is my first mechanical keyboard and I was hesitant to try it because I had heard mechanical keyboards were extremely noisy. Not much of a gamer, but I fell in love with the sleek and classy grey aluminum design and the lighting options. I opted to go with the linier version and could not be more pleased with my decision. The Immersion A3 is surprisingly quite and incredibly responsive, with zero lag. The lighting is beautiful and there are numerous options available. I also find it extremely useful to be able to switch from my desktop to my laptop or to my phone with the click of a button.I was further reluctant to purchase this keyboard because it does not have a numbers pad. But I was pleasantly surprised to find that you can easily set up different keyboard layers that let you reconfigure any keys whereby they can change based up the level you choose. I created a 2nd configuration level whereby I switched the Del key to be the number 1, the End key 2, the PgDn key 3, the Ins key 4, and continued in this manner until I reconfigured the Pause key to be 9. Lastly, I set the | key to be 0. Now I can open the Hexgears software and switch to configuration level 2 to access this simulated numbers pad.The user manual is horrible (tiny text, small images, mixed with Asian lettering and incomplete), and, as a result it took longer that it should have to complete the setup. After locating and installing the A3 driver software from the Hexgears website, I struggled to configure the display. Hexgears opted not to cover it in the user manual. They do, however, offer step by step instructions on their website. I searched the web and downloaded a couple of gifs that I liked and then found a free website online to resize them to the required 240 wide by 135 high pixel size. The instructions directed me to click the option labeled TFT screen in the software, but there was no such option to be found. Though trial and error, I figured out that the TFT screen option is only available if you are using a wired connection. I added the gif file and uploaded it to the keyboard. Success!The time displayed on the keyboard is in military time and I was unable to find a way to change it.When purchasing the A3 from Amazon, Hexgears was supposedly offering a free keyboard of lesser value with the purchase. Despite my every effort, the $20 price for the keyboard was added on at the end. I gave up and just removed it. I took one star off here for that.

The RGB effects are ridiculous!
I’ve been using this keyboard for a while now, and I really like how the lights shine through the keys. As a casual gamer who spends a lot of time at my desk, Iâve noticed a slight improvement in my typing accuracy, and the switches are quick to respond. The animated GIF option is fun, though I don’t use it much, and the toggle switch has a cool retro feel, kind of like old analog controls.Overall, it’s been a good experience. While it’s not perfect, I think itâs a solid choice for anyone looking for a well-performing keyboard.

The right keyboard found!
Be aware, the 4th photos of each Switch style options Amazon has posted for this keyboard are misleading. Clicky option has the 4th photo for the Linear Switches, and Linear option has the 4th photo for the Clicky Switches, and well Tactile is Tactile Switches. So look well and choose wisely.I purchased the Linear Switches for “silence” but instead I got the Clicky Switches because of this misleading photo curve. At the time of purchase, I wasn’t aware until I received the product last month exact. For me, the switches isn’t a big deal, but important to know that way no one gets any surprise strikeouts. The keyboard has beautiful esthetics and software works via USB Type-C connected. I’ve gone through alot of keyboard trials and prior to this, and I “bit the Switches” for this one and I like it alot. Nothing to complain about other than the above mentioned photos.Pros: Interchangable switches. Customizable RGB lights, Connectivity options.Cons: Misleading Photos.Conclusion: Go for it, if you know what Switches you want.

Its a decent keyboard. No issues with the keyboard itself. My issue is with the seller. I chose the linear style switches and i got clicky. Sucks but thats why it got 3 stars. Id return it if it wasnt the only keyboard i have now. So now i have to go buy the linear switches to hotswap them out.

Great keyboard
This keyboard sounds and feels great! I donât play pc game that much but I do type a lot. Took a little while getting use to the switch from my laptop keyboard but overall itâs a pretty nice keyboard. You can also select the light you like.
