Absolutely a wonderful vacuum
Love the vacuum, we recently got a new puppy that sheds and the vacuum is a huge timesaver! It goes under furniture and does a fantastic job, easy to empty after use. The options this unit has are fantastic!

Vacuum & Mopping Work Very Well
Update: Customer Service reached out to me and helped me with the app issues I was having. Most of the issues were resolved, and I am still very happy with the way my bot vacuums and mops. The app needs a little updating, but other than that I am very happy with my little helper! I am updating my review from 3 to 4 stars.The vacuum and mopping work very well. I have no problem with the vacuum itself. It is a bit loud, but not as loud as my Eufy robovac is. The app is ok. It’s not very user friendly. There is no way that I have found to send the vacuum to clean around the edges of a room only, or to have it clean across the room then go back and clean it again in the opposite direction like criss then crossing the room. The app cannot understand sliding glass doors or mirrors. I have mirrored doors on my closets and the app thinks there is a room beyond them and maps them that way. Trying to split your map into rooms is so frustrating! It is horrible! Such a simple thing and the app cannot do it easily. I have attached a screenshot with the black lines showing where i want the splits. I have a hallway (light peach), my office (green and peach), my kitchen (peach in right side), Dining (blue on right side), and living room (blue & peach center). I cannot get those areas to split no matter how or where I place the split line. 6 days I have been trying. Long lines, short lines, move forward, move back. I managed to split my living room in two (peach and blue center) and cannot get this section of map to do ANYTHING. The black line is where my sliding door in my office is. As you can see, the map does not recognize it as a barrier. I am ready to pack this whole thing up and return it because of this map editing issue. I want to be able to have my vacuum to vacuum and mop and the kitchen and dining room and office daily, but I can’t, because it wants to do the living room and 1/3 of the office doesn’t get cleaned because it is a different zone (green). I am at my wits end, there is ZERO help in the app or online. I really like the way the actual Vacuum/Mop works, its the dumb software that is driving me crazy. I may have to find another brand Vacuum with a better app.

Exceeded Expectations!
I had been reviewing robot vacuums for quite some time and finally took a chance and pulled the trigger on this one. It sweeps the wood floors and cleans the carpets quite well and I’ve not even used the mop feature yet. I’ve had it for a couple weeks and I must say it does a very good job pretty much everywhere in my house. If you have never had a vacuum that goes under your bed, under your tables, behind the couch if there’s enough room, you should really try this vacuum, don’t think you’ll be disappointed?It’s a huge time saver and that was one of the major reasons I purchased it. Oh, I have 3 large dogs and I simply schedule it to run at least twice a week. It should be noted, there is a limit to how much dirt and dust it will hold, so especially when you first begin and it’s going under places that have never been cleaned before, it’s a good idea to hit the button on the vacuum to pause it and empty the bin, and then put it back in and let it begin again.
