Love it.
Decided to get one because I couldnât keep up with my dogs shedding and It was the best decision ever! Cuts my cleaning time, and I have it paired to âAlexaâ so I can just tell her to vacuum and she turns it on. I can just turn it on and forget about it, itâs awesome. Itâs pretty good at finding itâs way around. It works well and picks up my dog hair! If youâre thinking about getting one, you should!

I love that you can connect the robot through Wi-Fi and start it whenever you want. I honestly use it every day because of my dogs and it works so well. Iâll use it every day just to keep the house clean and then I will use our shark vacuum on the weekends to get the spots that the robot didnât get. It says that the robot doesnât go on carpet, but mine goes on our area rugs just fine! I love it so much, I ordered my parents one for Christmas.I will say the mop part is not the best! You have to get specific cleaner for the mop part. You canât just put any cleaner solution in it. I usually put water and a little bit of solution and it will mop a little but not like it says. So honestly, you would be better off with just the vacuum instead of the vacuum and the mop like this one.

Itâs great for the price⦠however
For the price I canât complain. I have a robot that cleans my floors and saves us time. It does a good job at cleaning. It does not navigate well, makes a lot of noise bumping into things and doesnât really map things out well. Sometimes it does a good job, sometimes not at all. I love what it represents, just not this model. I could see investing in a much better unit that maps things out and does a better job. I want to but canât give it 4 stars⦠3.5.Revised: I took away a star⦠the longer I own it, the more frustrated Iâve become with it. It hasnât been a waste, just makes me realize you get what you pay for. A better program and interactive/mapping program would go a long way, and is worth paying more for. This has absolutely no memory, and only knows how to go home instead of continuing when things donât go right. It does a good job, just have to mind it more than I would like. Canât just turn it on and walk away.Took another star away: If you pause mid job, it automatically wants to go home instead of finishing the job. Why bother⦠will have put good money after bad after buying one that actually works. Iâve never reviewed a product that I liked so much out the box then want to throw out a window.

It really sucks but in a good way
We stepped up from a 6 year old Shark. The improvements in the technology are pretty impressive. Our previous vacuum had trouble steering around corners and chair/table legs. It could only pivot and run in straight lines. This unit actually hugs close to legs and corners when turning. It picks up well, too. We always get a full dust bin after cleaning our LVP flooring on a MWFSu schedule. The app is user friendly and gives updates should anything interrupt a scheduled cleaning.My only two knocks are that this unit often gets stuck under the rear of our recliner and it has trouble returning to the base once a job is finished. We placed the base in a corner with several inches of clearance on both sides to make sure the robot has no issues lining up. The problem is it takes ages for it to get itself in position to dock. During one Sunday cleaning I watched it wander around our open floor plan living room for 30+ mins trying to find its base in the same room. Eventually our 5 year old picked it up and carried over to the dock.Overall, itâs a solid robot. It cleans well, is easy to disassemble and give a good cleaning, and its app is easy to use. Needless to say, Optimus Grime has become an essential part of our home cleaning arsenal.

Help but it’s not very smart
I decided to buy the vacuum -mopping model because I have the vacuum only and it is great, well this combo one is very different because it never map the house, it would go back and forth on the hall for ever, I have to manually carry her to the bedroom because I was tired of it vacuuming the same spot for an hour. Then I put it back to the base and I tried again to see if it’ll act better but nothing, same thing, now I tried to use the mopping option and it’s not working… Waste of money with this piece of thing…

Honestly, Iâm tempted to buy another oneâhighly recommended!
I was initially hesitant to make this purchase due to the negative reviews, but I am thoroughly impressed with this Roomba. After charging it and updating the software, it has performed exceptionally well. It navigates my home efficiently, reaching all the nooks and crannies with ease.Perhaps the software update has addressed many of the concerns mentioned in the reviews, as my experience feels completely different. Itâs like I received a totally upgraded version of the machine others described! So far, Iâve had no battery issues, and it hasnât gotten stuck once. Honestly, Iâm tempted to buy another oneâhighly recommended!

Gets stuck in everything!
First of all this vacuum cleans perfect on cleaning the trash and mopping but you have to be babysitting this vacuum to not get behind your couches and pulling on cables and getting underneath other stuff and getting stuck!!I wouldnât buy this vacuum ever again! I had an Eufy branded vacuum before but it stop working and in the vacuum you could lay down magnet strips the came with the vacuum on the areas you didnât want the vacuum to go and it worked perfectly, i try putting some magnet strips on this vacuum where I didnât wanted to go but it didnât work.Donât wastes your money and time on babysitting this vacuum so it doesnât get stuck!, you are better off spending a bit more money and getting something better!I thought iRobt was a good brand but I guess itâs not!

Navigation is just the worst… it has no sense of direction and just loves to get stuck in the corner or any wall. Turned it on for 1.5 hours and it got 8 sqm. The vacuum and mop function is fine, but none of that matters when it can’t clean a single room without spending the majority of the time in one spot.Would not recommend, if you’re going to buy a robot vacuum you might as well spend more money to invest in one that has mapping or at least a random mode so it doesn’t get stuck when it hits a wall. This product would be great If you had an empty square room and the robot decided to go straight when you turned it on.
