Can I use Phomemo thermal paper or other brand thermal paper?
No. Please use Gloryang/JADENS thermal paper to get the best performance. It doesn’t compatible with Phomemo or other brand thermal paper or inkjet/laser paper.
How to use with computer?
Turn on the printer and connect the printer to the computer via usb cable. Download the driver from the website. If it shows the driver is not available, please restrart your computer. (It Does support Bluetooth with Mac)
How to use with Chromebook?
Install the ‘shipping Printer’ extension to print. You can find the tutorial video on jadens website.
How to use with phone?
Turn on the Printer. Download the ‘PrintGo’ App, and then connect the Bluetooth through the app. Turn off your Bluetooth and restart the app if you can’t find the printer model.

Thermal beats ink printers by far
This printer works really well and has better detailing than I expected. I didn’t want to splurge on a laser printer and since I hardly print things ink is not going to be worthwhile at all since it’ll dry out way faster than I use it. Laser printers are also huge and I love how compact this one is, I can keep it in a drawer. I rarely print things so this was perfect and the app was pretty easy to use and setup.

It’s such a relief not having to print things at the library or Staples. I do have a printer at home, but the ink is always low. This inkless printer is great and easy to carry around since I travel a lot. Itâs easy to connect to my phone and laptop with Bluetooth, and for the computer, it has a USB cable as well. The battery is long lasting and the quality is amazing. I can’t wait to print more I love it.

Very user friendly and useful printer to have at home
Itâs one of the best portable printer I have used. The print quality is very decent and good. Very useful if you want to keep a portable printer with you at your home, office or in a car as well. Good to print labels, or any black and white prints. Comes with 3 rolls of thermal paper. Easy to setup and connect and print! Definitely recommend!

I like this printer. East to set up. Take with you. The paper is a bit flimsy and curls but for the money it will do while traveling. Iâm curious to see how fast the ink fades. Customer service was helpful. Walked me through all the way to print. It comes with a great solid carry case. I think it will work well for me.

Works like a charm, with some guidance
I have owned so many printers in my life they always stop working and needing expensive ink cartridges. So i decided to give this portable printer a try, love the idea I donât need to buy ink cartridges. I will add that my need for a printer is very basic. I donât need it to be portable. I just occasionally need it to print documents..The printer comes with instructions. Based on my experience, I will say the instructions are not complete. I was not able to connect to the printer from the app so I ended up submitting a support ticket. An hour later support called me and walked me through the set up and print process and finally got it to work so kudos to great customer service.Here is a summary if anybody else is having the same issue.- Remove the cable from the printer if connected- Turn on the printer by pressing the power button until it is green- Open the printer by pressing the two buttons at the bottom.- Remove the sticker if still there, pull the paper about half an inch outside of the printer and close printer- To print click on the document, when present with print screen, click the top right print button and select Jadenâs printer- Wait until the document appears in the app then click print.I only have had the printer for three hours, but I am liking how easy it is to print my first document. Also customer service is top notch. I cannot speak to how durable it is, but hopefully it lasts longer than all my other printers.

This could be a stellar little printer. I had it working on my iPhone but it won’t hook up to my Mac Pro and I had a computer techichan try and figure it out and he says the cable or abc c adapter that came with it may be the problem and to change it to a USB C ADAPTER HIGH SPEED DATA UB-C to USB 3.0 female adapter for MacBook may work. It should work right out of the box..I don’t understand why it won’t/can’t print from bluetooth like it does on iPhone..Sending back/returning it I need it to work on my Mac Pro
