Very nice.
I sent mine back because I thought it wouldn’t work on my Series X. In reality, Microsoft help employees are incompetent. I was told NTFS for game storage and only MS certified drives work. What a load of dung. My next drive was a MS certified WD Black SSD, and also didn’t work… So I called WD, turns out drives need to be EXFAT for games! It still didn’t work until I used the included cable instead of the fancy braided one I had been trying to use. So if you need a nice 1 or 2 tb SSD, give this one a chance. It’s good looking and very small!

A winner with a lesser-known name brand!
I took a chance of an external SSD that offered speed, size, and very affordable price . . . coming from a brand I’d never heard of. Like many reviewers of external drives, I’ve had bad experiences with going cheap.The absolute best external SSDs I’ve encountered are the Samsung T-series . . . but they’re not cheap.This little thing from KLEVV, however, has performed wonderfully without incident. I have not tested its actual read / write speed in a while so I don’t know how well it’s held up in that department, but . . .a) it was just about operating as advertised when I first got itb) I have not **noticed** any substantial drop in performanceIt can get *warm* but I’ve never felt it “hot.”I actually store quite a bit of video on it and have NEVER experienced any playback delays, lags, or issues of any kind. At least not any that were the fault of the SSD. I just wish they offered their product in larger sizes! My 4TB device from Samsung was much more $$$ but I seem to get the same performance from the KLEVV. Mind you, it’s not anywhere near as rugged. Don’t drop this thing.So, as I write this, the device is selling for about $70 w/ Prime. I paid $80. If you need a TB of space and don’t have a problem fitting this weird shape on your desk . . . I’d say go for it!
