Great for at home storage!
I bought this label printer to be able to put labels on our totes that we use for storage. It works great. The labels are very adhesive and don’t fall off. They are also large enough to see when they are on the top shelf LOL. I didn’t realize how much I needed this, but it has made finding items that I have stored away so much easier.

This label maker is a spartan device that should be good for household label making. The 40X30 MM thermal label rolls you should understand varied wildly in pricing. It should be noted that I found some for about $1.67 per roll quantity 24. I saw prices as high as $9.99 per roll. Let prospective buyers take note. The sizes of label rolls this unit will accept are very limited and careful regard to the outer diameter of the roll is needed because larger rolls will not fit.On to the testing. This unit prints satisfactory thermal labels at a resolution of about 203 DPI. Which is fine for just about anything you could need at home or office. If you check out the photos provided you can see a few examples. It prints at a decent rate though not record breaking. Fast enough so it didnât jam much.This is a metric unit so many American or Imperial labels will not work. I suggest you look at the recommended labels and then shop for best pricing.This printer is marketed under half a dozen brand names so I am not sure how important the M100 designation is. âPortable Label Makerâ I guess is its name.Software and manual. Information is sparse but provides all you need. Simply charge the unit up, scan the QR code, download the app then connect it with the Bluetooth on your phone or tablet. I had no problems printing out a few labels in the software. It is nothing too fancy but works. It has a few templates and a very simple editor.The most remarkable thing about this little unit is its price. I have used portable label printers costing hundreds of dollars. This one, even though it doesnât accept industry standard labels, is a decent home unit. I wouldnât put this into heavy production. It should do just fine in the home or office. I could see how someone who is a bit OCD like myself could go crazy labeling everything in sight.Now for durability and long-lasting reliability of this device. That is an open question. For about $30 I am not sure what you could expect. I will use this for a while but probably give it to an office manager friend of mine as I have lots of label printers around.My opinion is that for what you pay, you get a device that connects easily to a Bluetooth tablet or phone, Android or IOS. It is supposed to be able to connect to a PC but I could not find any drivers or app to do that. When connected to a PC with a USB cable it is detected as an HID device. I didnât look too far or too hard for a PC app because of the sheer number of names of this device and number of different companies selling it. Truly going down a rabbit hole. This device is best connected to a phone or tablet.
