I am a small business owner and co-owner of another small business. I rely heavily on my Munbyn printer and their labels, which have greatly improved my efficiency. This printer has helped me streamline my operations, saving both time and money. The size is prefect to tuck away when it’s not in use.Although the holographic round labels are on the pricier side, their quality is unmatched, and I’m more than willing to invest in great quality. I also use the 3×5 shipping labels for my cake labels and the 4×6 labels for shipping products. The clear labels work perfectly with our shea butter products—they don’t smear, even when exposed to butters and oils.Overall, I highly recommend the Munbyn printer and their label products. They’ve been a game-changer for my businesses!

Inconsistent Printing, huge headache to work with
This printer may be the death of me and my small business…we purchased it to make our life easier, not more difficult and frustrating. I’m a tech savvy person, and rarely have issues that are on the side of “user error”. I can typically troubleshoot things quickly, and fix problems if its minor. But this label printer CONSISTENTLY prints labels ascew. Essentially it often will randomly start printing and cutting off 1 side of the label, cutting off important details.When this happens, it will begin a troubleshooting process that has no real resolution and after many times of trial and error, “recalibrating” the paper, refeeding it, trying to feed it at different angles, etc eventually it will print successfully after a ton of time wasted trying to fix it. but, I really wish I would have bought another thermal printer besides this one with the money spentVery frustrating product when you want something to “just work”. I don’t need one more thing to tamper with and be frustrated by when running a small business.

Works well, app needs work
The unit works well and connects fairly easily each time. The issue is if you send a label to it, sometimes it reprints the previous label, not the new label. Resulted in messed up shipments. Be sure to back out of the app after each label print or verify every label printed.
