This keyboard is loud. It’s supposed to be loud. It is very satisfying to use. Well, if you like your keyboard to click and clack. I know I do.I can type over 100wpm. I have run into a fair number of keyboards over the years that simply cannot keep up with my typing. I typically buy rather expensive, mechanical keyboards these days because those generally do not have that problem,. Plus, I like the way it sounds when I type on them. I have put this keyboard through its paces, and it is keeping up with me just fine. I typed out several paragraphs in a Word document as soon as I took it out of the box, and it didn’t have a single missed keypress or doubled key. It worked flawlessly. Since then, I haven’t noticed it having any problems whatsoever.Build quality seems excellent. My usual keyboard cost 5x what this one does, and it doesn’t feel like a giant drop in quality when I switch from typing on that one to typing on this one. I mean, it’s obviously cheaper, but it’s definitely not 1/5 the quality, at least initially. I attached this keyboard to the computer that is sitting in a back living room. There are always people in that room, and there’s pretty much always someone using that computer. It gets used for typing random things (often homework), and also gaming. The keys haven’t started to wear at all just yet.You can just connect this up via USB-C (to USB-A if you want, so you don’t have to take up a USB-C port on your computer) and it will be perfectly happy. It’s not exactly a small, portable keyboard, so no one really uses the wireless functionality.Thus far, it’s a great keyboard. If it starts having issues, I’ll be back here to complain. If I haven’t updated this, you can safely assume that it’s still just fine.

Even wired, a superior keyboard
I fell down the rabbithole of cheap Chinese Bluetooth keyboards with the pretty lights. The mundane who visit me jump to the conclusion that I have a Fine Gaming Keyboard and are impressed. This puppy is one at a nice price, But Bluetooth reeks. Every Bluetooth keyboard I have tried will interrupt the music to my mighty fine Bluetooths speaker and I can’t tolerate any interrupt of my music – especially at EVERY TIME A KEY IS DEPRESSED! Now, this puppster is not Bluetooth. it is a properity wireless format of some kind and I cannot get it work. I give up and leave it set to wired (USB-C, oh, gawd, let everything switch to USB-C and stay there for the next 20 years). Now I have never worries about recharged or enter the PIN code when I reboot (before the Bluetooth system is active). So, four stars being to go wireless but I do love it so.

Do not buy this keyboard
Unacceptable number of repeated keypresses. It’s worthless.

Works fine but powers off way too quickly
When it works, this keyboard is great. The key presses are satisfying, the sound is pleasant, and it’s nicely lit.But good grief, how I hate its Time-Out feature! After a ridiculously short idle time, like 15 minutes, it simply powers off to save battery. If you take a little time to proofread your work or read a few emails or just scroll a web article, you go back to typing and …nothing. You have to wait for the keyboard to wake up and re-connect with its receiver, before you can start typing again. That seems minor, until it happens several times a day, interrupting your work. Very frustrating. As far as I can tell, there is no way to turn this feature off or set the timeout to something more reasonable, like an hour. It even happens when the keyboard is plugged into the charger! Too bad; it’s a really nice keyboard otherwise.
