Great inexpensive speaker, but not for a high end home theater.
Nice inexpensive speaker, I have these installed in my garage and they sound great! I don’t think I would install these in a high end home theater but for the average person these will work just fine giving you years of great sound. Sound quality seems to be good, easy to install and they look great.Only part I didn’t care for was the way the grills ‘adhered’ to the plastic housing, there is a little blob of goo on the edge of the speaker grills that hold the grills in place. Now this does seem to work just fine but only time will tell of the goo looses its holding power or possibly permanently adhered to the plastic/grill leaving the speaker inaccessible…. and maybe it will be just fine! Either way for the money hard to beat!

Still speechless at the sound quality!
I will try to make this short and to the point. I have a brand new home that I had wired out prior to completion with the expectation of running ceiling speakers. After looking around and comparing prices from all over, I came across these. The ratings where high and the reviews all sounded great so I pulled the trigger and bought 4 sets of these allowing me to put two in the master beroom and the other two sets in the living room.After using the supplied cutout and marking off the hole all that was left was to make the cuts and hook them up. Each unit took roughly 5-10 minutes to put in the ceiling. The units were very well constructed and the cardboard template was very nice rather than the flimsy paper ones that some supply.As for the sound, WOW! That’s all I can say. I hooked these up to my roughly 4 year old yamaha and that rocked out hitting notes that were high all the way down to mid’s and lows. I turned my sub off to see what kind of bass these would put out and it was very good and not distorted even at almost maxed out levels on the reciever.If your looking to spend money on ceiling speakers and don’t want to spend a fortune but want great sound, these are for you! I would buy these again without even thinking twice. Hope this helps

So far a pretty amazing value, relatively decent sound especially for the price point.
So I paid between 25 and 30 dollars for a pair of the 5.25″ size. I’ve toyed with electronics for most of my adult life and have listened to speakers from every size and price range. I’ve never heard speakers this cheap sound so good. Granted they are not excellent sound quality but for what I paid they are relatively amazing. If you’re just looking for bare budget and want something that performs in the medium-low to medium sound quality you can’t go wrong. Installation was relatively easy if you’re used to doing ceiling/crawlspace work.

Great speakers for the price
I recently upgraded my entire home theater sound system to a very nice polk audio/onkyo system. I still needed some surround speakers and wanted in walls, however I will likely be moving in a year or two so I thought I would try a cheaper pair of speakers since I wouldn’t be bringing them with me. My system did an auto calibration and these speakers did calibrate at a low frequency cross over of 80 hz as stated by the manufacturer. I tested the speakers first on a separate stereo of mine so I would only hear those two speakers playing. They sounded pretty good compared to the Sherwood speakers that I normally use. I wouldn’t recommend them for your front speakers because I can hear a small amount of weird resonance in my ceiling when the speakers are playing loud (during calibration). As such I recommend them as a good and cheap alternative for surround speakers where they don’t have to be as loud and don’t play as much sound as a front speaker.

Really impressed with the sound of these !!
This is concerning the 6.5 (white) speakers. I put 4 of these into a finished basement. Hooked up a yamaha reciever. I also have my tv connected along w an echo dot. Installation was super easy. All 4 went into a drop ceiling tile which was a breeze w the included template to use. I did need to wire mount the speakers to my floor joists to take weight off the tile. Otherwise I feared it would crack the tile. The speakers sound so much better when installed into the tile. I tested the sound when not in the tile and it’s so much fuller when it is in the tile. For the price….. you can beat these. Going on 2 yrs now and we love em.

Great Speakers
I have these wired from a Pyle Home PTAU45 Mini 2×120 Watt Stereo Power Amplifier with USB/CD/AUX Inputs via a Sima SSW 4 Speaker Selector (4 Speaker Pairs) and through a AudioSource AE100VC Impedance Matching Volume Control. And it all works very well.I used these for an in house speaker system and they work great. They’re very easy to install and the sound on them is great for how much they cost and what I use them for. I purchased a set of the weather resistant ones as well for my porch and they work just as well.

Good, reasonably priced option for surround speakers.
Purchased these to be my rear surround speakers in my living room. Opted to install them in the back wall of my living room rather than the ceiling. Installation of the speakers themselves was a breeze, but getting up in my attic and running speaker wire down the inside of one wall across and down into another was a pain. The speakers perform fine and I’m happy with them. Looks pretty cool having speakers flush mounted in the wall with no wires exposed.

Comprados de segunda mano( producto devuelto) . Vinieron perfectos,su instalación no es muy complicada. Y su sonido es suficiente para los canales de efectos de techo en un 7.1 Dolby Atmos. Donde 5.1 vÃas están reproduciendo a nivel de suelo +2 que son los de techo.

J’ai commandé ces haut-parleurs en “2e main”… ce qui me permet de confirmer que les petites bandes collantes qui fixent les grilles tiennent “très très bien”… et que le client précédent les avait laissées en place.Utilisation donc impossible sans prendre le risque de casser les grilles et retour!
