Compact and keenly priced—but with the professional tone, feel, and features to improve your drumming fast—the TD-07DMK is the entry point to the V-Drums TD-07 series. While the pads are smaller than the kits higher up the range, you’ll appreciate the satisfying feel from the PDX-8 snare and three PDX-6A toms, all featuring Roland’s ultra-quiet, double-ply mesh heads. The compact CY-5 crash and ride cymbals let you play with expression where space is tight, while a stand-mounted kick pad helps create the TD-07 range’s smallest footprint to make the perfect home kit. Despite the compact size, you can still think big thanks to creative features that stretch beyond any acoustic kit. Call up authentic drum kits covering a range of styles and genres, and use deep tone editing tools to customize sounds just how you like. There’s also an onboard Coach mode to help you learn, Bluetooth® connectivity so you can play along with music streamed from your phone, tablet or computer, and USB to connect with computer-based recording software.
Conveniently compact and ideal for drumming at home, the TD-07DMK V-Drums kit delivers the superior expression and playability of high-end V-Drums in a budget-friendly package.
Since 1997, Roland V-Drums have earned their position as the industry-standard in electronic drums. Often imitated but never equaled, V-Drums offer the sound, feel, and playing experience of an acoustic kit, backed up by technology, features, and reliability that you won’t find anywhere else.
Roland’s legendary ultra-quiet, double-ply mesh heads feature across the snare and tom pads, providing an un-rivalled feel and won’t disturb other people with a near-silent playing experience.
The TD-07DMK also lets you explore creative opportunities that go far beyond any acoustic kit, with deep editing tools to craft custom sounds, onboard Bluetooth to play along with music tracks and lessons, USB to connect with computer recording software, and much more.
PLEASE NOTE: kick pedal, drum throne and drumsticks sold separately. You will need headphones or an amplifier to hear your electronic drum kit.
TD-07 module with 25 preset kits, 25 user kits, and 143 instruments.
V-Edit, EQ, ambience, and 30 multi-effects offer deep editing tools to create your perfect drum kit sounds.
One PDX-8 8-inch snare pad with independent head and rim zones for assigning different sounds and three PDX-6A 6.5-inch single-zone tom pads
PLEASE NOTE: kick pedal, drum throne and drumsticks sold separately – Roland DAP-3X Kit highly recommended to complete kit. You will need headphones or an amplifier to hear your electronic drum kit. We recommend Roland RH-300V Headphones and/or Roland PM-100 V-Drums Monitor for the best experience.
Customers say
Customers find the musical instruments have a great sound and are well-made. They find the drums easy to set up with excellent instructions and suitable for beginners. The size is also appreciated. However, some customers feel the value for money is poor, with no single kick pedal included.

A great hobby kit
I did a lot of research to figure out exactly what I needed, and the TD07 kit didn’t disappoint. The smaller footprint and relatively quiet pads are perfect for living in a shared apartment. The kit was pretty easy to set up, and provides all the tools, instructions, and cables you need. The control system works as expected, with a good selection of kits and sounds, and the bluetooth connects to my phone every time without a problem. I plug my headphones (standard 3.5mm headphone jack) into the system when I play, and both the kit sounds and bluetooth music have good quality with no noticeable latency. The drum and cymbal pads themselves are Roland’s most basic sizes, but they’re still top-quality with a realistic feel. Additionally, you can easily upgrade with larger pads or cymbals as needed, and the system allows for one extra input (you can use it to add an additional pad/cymbal, but I used the extra input to replace the ride cymbal with the CY-13R so I could play the bell). The only downside is the kit doesn’t include a kick pedal or drum throne, so you’ll need to purchase those separately (as well as drum sticks – I recommend plastic tip sticks to reduce wear on pads), and you’ll need a USB type B cable if you want to connect the kit to your computer (not required). Happy drumming!

Absolutely Wonderful!! This is great for a beginner plus a long time student!
Easy to place together with excellent instructions and the quality of the sound along with the alternative sounds that it comes with is nothing less than excellent. More than expected on a product such as this for the price. If your going to get one of these,,, this model and brand is the one you want without a doubt.

Love it so far
I purchased for myself (adult male) and my 2 kids (7 and 11 years old) to start learning drums. Had it for 2 days and love it so far. It was packaged VERY well, but it all came in one large and very heavy box. Took a while to open and assemble everything. The quality seems very good except the high-hat pedal feels too light and cheap and doesnât always work too well. The sounds are good quality and I really like being able to play songs from my phone over Bluetooth to play along with. I also purchased a double bass drum pedal which this supports and it works well. Definitely recommend for beginners.

Hate and love
So Iâve had this for a couple months now and other then just playing the set by itâs self I use it for a video game called Clone hero (Basically guitar hero) and after plug in and out of the Computer port the inside of it just fell into the interface, after contacting support multiple times and never getting ANY word back I decided to take matters into my own hands and open it up. For the price of this drum set look how poorly and cheaply made some of the housing for these pieces are made absolutely ridiculous.

Great drumset but for the money they could have put one kick pedal in this package..
Well give you the head but no kick pedals for 700 bucks they could have put one in thereâ¦! But nooo and for that greed is why Iâm not rating this product to be any better than 2 stars. Go buy a drum set but canât play it till you buy more products. This isnât the way things should be!!! If weâre going to buy a complete set like itâs advertised in the photos all parts in the photo should be in the box.! Thatâs pretty greedy there Roland plus your stuff is maid over seas so we know your not spending a lot to make it.. come on now you can do better!

FD-1 terrible design .. the 3 or 4 grommets near the heel need to be one entire flat surface grommet I had the pedal less then a week and the plastic for the heel already snapped in half I’m gonna ask amazon for for a replacement but I’m not sure rather lining the under the heel with shoe goo would void my warranty… it goes __/ with the grommets where I apply pressure to my heel while playing it should be a grommet pad
Excellent product. –
I like the sound quality, it is value for money, at the stage of recording and mixing with features like eq of pads such as selecting frequencies not available in the module. At recording stage dual zone issue with hi hat as well as hi speed tempos. Well researched support required from seller and product experts.
