BEWARE
Stay away from these shredders. I ordered one and it started stuttering after a week of lite use. The replacement they sent started stuttering after a month. Either the companies selling these on Amazon are sending out refurbished crap or this shredder is just crap. And very expensive crap!!! If you want the company to do anything about it you have to pay shipping and repair!!! BEWARE.

Long-lasting and tough
I bought this paper shredder in 2018, and it is now 2024. The shredder sits near my front door and devours junk mail and debt collection letters nearly every day. I use shredder lubrications sheets regularly. Iâve also shredded old credit cards and the occasional software CD as well. The shredder developed a âclickâ noise in the past few months, but it did not stop its performance. The click noise has gone away, so Iâm guessing something was just stuck in there. Itâs still going strong to this date!

Worked well for 15 months
We purchased this shredder from a big-box store in November 2021. It worked well for the first 15 months or so, then intermittently only by pressing the Forward switch repeatedly. After 18 months it is now completely dead – it won’t even power on. I took it apart to make sure there was nothing jamming it, but it’s completely clean inside. It came with a 7-year warranty on the blades & motor but I’d have to pay shipping and labor costs, which would be more than the cost of replacing it.

Bought this at a big box store 1 month ago. The feed has gone from totally smooth to stuttering.
Taking a long time to shred each item with a start/stop action. I can’t tell that anything is blocking.
