Reliable and Convenient USB Hub
This USB hub has been a fantastic addition to my setup. The ability to turn each USB slot on or off individually is great, especially when you need to manage multiple devices without constantly plugging and unplugging them. I initially hooked it up to my PC, and itâs been running smoothly for nearly three years nowâstill working like a charm! The design is nice and portable, which makes it easy to move around if needed. As Iâm building out my streaming setup, Iâm seriously considering getting another one because itâs been so reliable. Absolutely wonderful as a basic laptop docking station.
As long as you have a USB-C AC adapter that charges your laptop at the rated wattage (my Lenovo is a 65W AC adapter), this functions perfectly as a lightweight, basic, space-saving laptop dock. This does not come with it’s own power input, but it is able to use your AC adapter to power the USB-C port for AC charging. Therefore, plug in your AC adapter in to the USB-C Port on this device, plug the dock cable in to your USB-C port on your laptop, plug in whatever accessories such as keyboard and mouse, in to this device, and connect your display to the HDMI port on this device. As such, you will have a functioning laptop dock that you can disconnect from your laptop with one cable. The price cannot be beat.

The HUB works properly, I haven’t had any issues in these two years of use. Just be aware that connecting USB 3.0 stuff on it may limit their transfer speeds (assuming they have a good read/write speed).

Great budget hub, supports 4K@60Hz with DisplayPort 1.4
SABRENT makes some good stuff at a pretty dang good price point, and this is no exception. I just picked up two of these for $8 each, and so far they both seem to be working great. I’ve seen a few reviews say that 4k@60Hz does not work on this hub; this is NOT TRUE! It absolutely DOES support 4k@60Hz, but your laptop/device has to have DisplayPort 1.4 to support it. See below for the technical reason.I gave this five stars, but I really think SABRENT or the seller should update the listing to note that it specifically requires DisplayPort 1.4 to get the full 4k@60Hz. Other than that, this is probably the best bang-for-your-buck dock that isn’t garbage.==================================There’s one catch, and it’s not really SABRENT’s fault: it’ll only support 4k@60Hz if your device has DisplayPort 1.4. If it only has DP 1.2, you’ll be limited to 4k@30Hz. This is because the USB-C port has to share bandwidth between the display and the USB 3.0 port. DP 1.4 has plenty of bandwidth available to support both USB3 speeds with 4k@60Hz display, so no issues there. However, with DP 1.2 you have to choose between USB speed or higher refresh; you can’t have both.If you have a device with DP 1.2 (and you want the full 4k@60Hz), you’ll need a hub that ONLY has USB 2.0. This should work to get your higher refresh, but obviously you’ll be limited to 2.0 speeds. Honestly this is probably fine for most people if all you need is mouse/keyboard. If you do require those faster speeds and refresh, you’ll need a two cable solution like a USB 2.0 dock + separate USB 3.0 hub or something like that.

XBOX USB HUB
I bought this for my XBOX. I did not need it to be long at all, since my set up is made to have everything in arms reach, I just needed more USB ports for my Steelseries Wireless headphones and for the little keyboard on the controller. Works well, LED indicates online, easy to use, and just simple overall. I did not need many functions, just for it to give me 4 more USB ports to use.

I’ve been using this USB extender for years on my laptop with each slot full at all times, works perfectly still and has never given me any issues. You can press the square buttons on each USB slot to enable or disable the port if you don’t plan on using one of the USBs for a while, saves the hassle of unplugging unused devices if you’re looking for convenience.

Great USB Hub
I have this hub sitting on my desk and use it mainly for things such as turning on my webcam, head tracker, and USB 2FA. Being able to turn those on and off helps me feel more secure and not have to worry about the hassle of unplugging and re-plugging in things as I need them. I have not used these ports for high throughput use cases, so you’ll need to read other reviews for that.

Got the package and its as expected. The on/off buttons are as expected and useful to have depending on your application. I use them for charging different items at different times. Its light and easily transportable. Buttons are not loose and when turned on or off are sturdy.

Ich hab das Tool fürs HomeOffice gekauft, um schnell und günstig zwei Bildschirme mit dem Laptop zu verbinden. Das Tool erfüllt genau seinem Zweck und nimmt keinen Platz weg. Mängel oder ähnliches sind nicht vorhanden.

Ho acquistato questo moltiplicatore in relazione alla marca di cui mi fido e infatti non ho riscontrato nessun problema. Funziona perfettamente e fa il suo lavoro, molto utile e comoda la possibilità di accendere/spegnere ogni porta. Mi aspettavo delle dimensioni più scomode e invece (come si vede da foto) sono ridotte, un altro punto a favore.L’unica pecca, non determinante per la valutazione, è che avrei preferito un cavo leggermente più lungo.
