Awesome TV and great customer service!
Very nice setup. Customer service was very helpful with my issue I ran into and fixed it quickly. BELLE & MARIA LUISA both jumped on and helped me. Highly recommend buying through Beach Camera

Very disappointing
First of all, the Samsung “Frame” is very expensive compared to other similar TV’s without the “Frame” feature. This one was $499. A comparable TV without the frame can be had for about $99. But I paid the exorbitant price because I wanted to display my own photographs when the TV is off. The TV has an option to load your photographs via a USB drive. I first tried a large (1T) SSK external drive, but the TV would not read it. I then copied a few photographs onto a 32GB thumb drive and that worked. The TV successfully uploaded by photos and displayed them – which a large ugly white border. There is apparently no way to “stretch” the image to fit the screen, like pretty much every other monitor out there. The manual said I could at least change the color of the matte around the picture, but that option did not seem to be available. The TV kept demanding I “create an account” and “sign in”, which I did not want to do, but I gave in hoping more options would become available. They did, but now the TV is so slow it’s unusable. Buttons on the remote are now so slow the TV is basically unresponsive. I’m assuming this is because the TV is so busy spying on me it doesn’t have time to respond to the remote. After fiddling with it for a _long_ time, the option to “stretch” the photos to fit the screen appeared, but you have to set that option for _every_ photo individually, and you can only do it in the settings mode, not while actually displaying the image… and the TV is so slow it takes several minutes for each picture. Do not buy this TV.

Frame tv is worth it.
It was a production to make sure it was installed properly, howeverâ¦. Love our frame tv. Super thin. Like a frame. Itâs great. Will probably convert our other tvs over time.

Highly recommended! Well worth it!!!
Aesthetically this is the most beautiful TV. The glare resistance is absolutely incredible when it comes to our living room since we are very window heavy and natural light heavy. Without a doubt worth it!! The flush mount to our fireplace really sets it off! Donât forget to grab yourself a frame on Amazon as well!

Perfect for our new family room
The picture quality is excellent on this TV. We set it up last night and are still learning all the features. I’m not the techy, but so far, my husband and son seem to love it

Missing key equipment
TV is awesome. great picture, resolution and easy directions for set up. Unfortunately the Sound Bar listed as part of the bundled purchase is missing and am now waiting (after speaking with both Amazon and Samsung) to hear from the shipper. I Have refused to send tv back for refund. It is 55 inches. I am requesting either the Sound Bar I paid for or a full refund. Waiting and hoping for a resolution.
