Awesome set. Love it!
I was a little skeptical about buying another soundbar. I’m a Sony fan and the last Sony soundbar I bought for my grandma went bad after a few years and it was light used. But that’s in the past. This system performs extremely well out the box, bought it refurbished in acceptable condition and still looks like new! I’m pleased with the sound so far; my only tiny complaint is while streaming Hulu or Netflix from the TV to the soundbar via HDMI arc is that there is a slight delay from the soundbar after fast forwarding or rewinding a video it takes about 4 to 6 seconds before the sound comes back and I end up missing a few seconds on a video…But its only one day and maybe the settings can be modified to stop the lag..Non the less, Bluetooth subwoofer is flawless, and music is flawless. Buy it and enjoy it. Hopefully this one will last for some years. I will update this post if necessary.

Quality Control Issues
First order the remote was missing. Returned and ordered again and this time the sound bar doesn’t work. No sound and sound bar keeps saying no input. This is connected to a brand new Sony TV and this has been a frustrating experience trying to save a buck purchasing refurbished. I would really like to see how these products are checked for quality control

I’m going to test the device now, but I’ve already noticed that the HDMI cable didn’t come, the packaging came but the cable itself didn’t come, I’ll have to get one from a friend of mine, but let’s see if at least the sound works

Sound issue
I should increase max. Volume to hear the sound and suddenly loud sound come from the subwoofer..weird

Lacks bass response, especially considering the enormous size of the subwoofer. Can’t get it to work with a Sony remote control which is disappointing, keeping within the sony ecosystem was my reason for purchasing this one but it might as well have been a different brand because it won’t play nice with the other Sony equipment I own. (All Bravia series)

Furthermore, the manual was missing, leaving me without proper guidance on how to set up and utilize the sound bar effectively.Overall, the absence of these essential components significantly detracted from the overall experience and usability of the product. I hope these issues can be addressed to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future customers.
