An Absolute Value Powerhouse!
Iâve been using the Soundcore Space Q45 for work, and they have been an absolute game-changer. These headphones are incredibly comfortable, have excellent noise cancellation, and for the price, theyâre honestly a steal. Iâve compared them to my Beats Studio Pro, and the Q45s definitely give them a run for their money.
Noise Cancellation and Comfort
First off, the adaptive active noise cancellation (ANC) is fantastic. Whether Iâm in a noisy office or a café, the Q45s block out background noise perfectly. The ANC automatically adjusts to your environment, and for me, that means I can focus on work without distractions. Theyâre also super comfortableâI can wear them for hours without feeling any discomfort. The soft ear cups and padded headband make them perfect for long workdays .
Sound Quality and EQ Customization
The sound quality is impressive, especially given the price. They deliver a balanced sound profile, but if youâre like me and prefer to tweak things, the Soundcore app lets you adjust the EQ to your liking. The LDAC codec support means you can enjoy higher-resolution audio, and even though the bass can be a bit heavy out of the box, the app lets you adjust that easily. For the price, itâs hard to find better sound quality .
Battery Life and Connectivity
One of my favorite features is the battery life. With up to 50 hours with ANC on and 65 hours without, I donât have to worry about charging them every day. Even when Iâm in a rush, the fast charging feature comes throughâ5 minutes of charging gives me around 4 hours of playback. They also support Bluetooth 5.3 and multipoint connectivity, so I can easily switch between my work laptop and phone without any hassle .
Beats Comparison
Compared to my Beats Studio Pro, I have to say that the Q45s are just as good, if not better in some areas. The battery life and ANC performance are superior, and while the Beats might have a slight edge in sound quality, the Q45s are incredibly close for a fraction of the price .
Final Thoughts
Overall, the Soundcore Space Q45 headphones are an incredible deal for the price. They offer excellent noise cancellation, great sound, and long-lasting battery life. If youâre looking for a solid pair of headphones for work or commuting, these are the ones to get. Theyâre comfortable, reliable, and easily stand up to higher-end brands without breaking the bank.

Great headphones!
Love these headphones! Got them on sale for around $90 as I wanted something to compliment my soundcore open ear headphones and I already trusted the brand.
Main points that made me go for these-
Battery life: great run time, super quick recharge time as well. And itâs a USB-C like all my other devices. I can wear these for a large portion of my day (even on noise cancelling) as well as at home in the afternoons and still only charge them maybe once a week. And itâs such a low effort charge, as in I can just plug them in at my desk between tasks for whatever amount of time I have available and itâs fine. Maybe itâs been a while since I got new headphones but all the ones Iâve had in the past took HOURS to charge. I donât think Iâve actually run these to dead yet!
Functions: has normal, noise cancelling, and transparency. This is another big plus for me since I work in a shop but also have office time. I like noise cancelling when Iâm alone doing office style work, but like transparency if I need to be more aware of my surroundings.
Added bonus was that reviews were mixed on the comfort and fit, and at first I was weary of the fit, they are definitely not as snug as other headphones Iâve had in the past. But this has not effected the noise cancelling abilities, and once I figured out the best placement on my head they are surprisingly so light and comfortable that Iâve fallen asleep several times with them on and even waking up at 2 am thereâs no discomfort! On the downside, these probably would not work for more rigorous activities, or tasks that involved lots of bending down or picking things up.
Range:
I can go the whole perimeter of the shop I work at with my phone on my desk and they donât cut out! Granted thereâs no real walls, so this might be different for other people.
I donât have any real conâs just a few things that Iâm meh ð¤·ð¼ââï¸ about. The voice that announces battery life every time you turn it on (because it will auto connect to my audiobooks but the voice talks OVER them so I need to rewind). All the buttons on the right earmuff (left is power and function) I just find I have never needed any of them frequently enough to remember whatâs what so they are kind of useless for me. And that when charging I canât turn them on to use ( which is fine since they recharge super fast).
Lastly, I was excited they came with a rigid case. It just wasnât clear from the description I read if they were coming with a âcaseâ that was just a draw string bag or something more protective, glad it was the latter!

I use these daily at the office for phone calls and teams meetings. People can hear me well enough and most importantly the battery lasts quite a while. I can last the week on one charge but if it’s a busy week, I’ll plug them in mid-week. They don’t take long to charge though.
They fit comfortably, are not heavy, and the sound quality is excellent for what they are. I did try gaming with them and the sound quality was awful, but for music and office calls they are excellent. I loooooove the noise cancelling.
I love the Anker and Soundcore brands, and the value you get from these headphones is superior. The travel case is a nice touch, I use that as well to pack them away.
