Better than kitchen aidâs
Replaced the kitchen aid brand attachment with this and it was a great purchase. I had two kitchen aid attachments snap at the join because kitchen aid made it from plastic to save money. Cleaning it was always a hassle and made us just shred stuff by hand sometimes because we didnât want to deal with cleaning it.This however, is a durable product made of dishwasher safe stainless steel. Do your prep work and throw right into the dishwasher for easy cleanup. Happy I bought it.

Good well made product
I bought it mostly for grater to make Eastern European-style hush brownies (draniki). It does its job well. Easy to clean. I haven’t used other options except for handheld and can’t compare, but I gave 4 stars because you need to apply a decent force to push the potato through.

Works better than KitchenAid brand
I absolutely love this tool! I have gone through 2 KitchenAid brand sets because the plastic always busts on it. I decided to try this one when it was time to replace it a third time. It attaches the same way, It is a little smaller, which I think is good because it works better. Easier to clean and dishwasher safe, though I donât recommend it when used with cheese because the cheese just melts to it in the dishwasher.

You get what you pay for.
The overall quality is fine for the price. It works OK for shredded cabbage and carrots. It gets the job done for cheese. The attachment for grinding garlic, and ginger works marginally at best. Housing and attachments are a very thin gauge stainless and flimsy overall. I think itâll be fine for occasional use but if youâre heavy user splurge for the brand name.

Actually works better than the larger slicer on my Kitchen Aid
I have no negative comments. I found this was perfect for making my multi’ -ingredient carrot cake. I prefer the carrots not to be grated fine but instead like a short julienne and the attachment was perfect. It grated the apple, chopped the walnuts straight from the oven, chopped the coconut straight from the freezer, and took the lumps out of the brown sugar. Nothing spills out around the sides. stainless steel rinses out so easily. Doesn’t take much storage space.

So disappointed
Iâve been wanting a grater attachment for years and finally got this one so that I could make Mac and cheese for the holidays. I specifically chose it because it had no plastic like other brands. I have a baby so I wasnât able to finally cook and use it until this Christmas. While using the attachment, no matter how tight we got it the grater would spin off and get cheese everywhere. I held it on and was able to complete all the cheese but when it came to cleaning it, I was unable to get the blade back out. Thereâs now cheese stuck inside and I am no longer able to use it. All the money I spent just to use it one time.. and because it took me so long to be able to try it out I am not eligible for a refund.

Even though you have to cut food smaller to fit it does an excellent job. Sturdy steel. Better than the original one that came with the mixer. Fits the kitchen aid mixer perfectly

This is the only such product out there that really makes snow out of parmesan and pecorino. Also, the full stainless construction makes it fully dishwasher safe and sturdy. An amazing product. I guess the hopper is a bit tight and it could be a bit more user friendly… but tbh this product does exactly what you expect from it and I really like it.

It works good, however it isn’t as sturdy as I expected. I don’t think it is worth the money.

La seule chose a dire c’est que l’embouchure aurait pu être plus grande eu peu petite

I bought this as an upgrade because it had metal housing and looked stronger than the plastic model I wanted to replace. The grater attachment is so dull it mashed the zucchini I was trying to put through and that was with me barely pushing or using all my force. A carrot? Heck NO!! I’m past my return window so this is an expensive piece of trash 🙁
