Well made TV
This is a pretty good tv. The picture is as good as expected and the exterior is built very well. My tv doesnât sit out directly in the rain but it has gotten wet and I have no concerns when it does. The brightness is good for outdoors but there is some reflection off the screen if there is direct sunlight on it. I did have an issue with the sound going in and out but the manufacturer quickly replaced the TV for me under warranty.

Their customer service is fantastic
We bought this tv in May of 2022 for the back deck. We noticed as time went on, it got harder and harder to turn on and eventually stopped turning on all together. The picture when it worked was great. This tv is very heavy and super sturdy. It doesn’t have the buttons for power/volume/channels on the tv due to it being weatherproof. We contacted their customer service in February of 2023 after buying a new remote in an attempt to turn it on, and they sent us a new tv, and paid for the old one to be shipped back to them. Leeke was superb and helped me every step of the way in this return. Will return solely for their great customer service.

Works great outdoors under my oak tree!
I’ve got my TV mounted under an oak tree in a partial shade situation and it’s been awesome to use. I’m using it as the screen in my golf simulator and it’s crisp clear and very easy to see in the outdoor light.I did have a problem with the first TV’s backlight not always working, but Sylvox support came through and sent a replacement without having to send the TV back first, saving me a bunch of down time.

Excellent customer service
We bought this TV in July 2023, and it sat in its box for almost a year because we had just moved and we hadnât yet setup our outdoor space. We finally set it up, loved it, and it stopped working after about two weeks. We woke up one morning and the TV was flashing white at the bottom of the screen, nothing else. I emailed customer service asking if there was anything they could do, and they quickly replied and worked with me to get a replacement sent to us within a week of my initial email. They have been so kind and helpful, and followed up to make sure the new TV works. They sent a shipping label and we will pack up the old tv in the new tvâs box and send it back on its way at no cost to us.Excellent customer service from Sylvox, and a wonderful and very user friendly TV!

UPDATED: Customer Service Reached out, and long story short, they purchased a ROKU unit for me, to eliminate my complaint about there product. The TV continues to work great, and now it exactly as I expected the TV to be. 5 Star Customer Service !!!I Just unbox, the TV picture and sound are good, construction seems solid, the available apps to play are basically Netflix, Youtube, and Amazon Prime….. and a few BS Apps, you can’t add things like ESPN, DISNEY, PARAMOUNT. So this is very disappointing.WHY CAN ANYONE MAKE A ROKU Waterproof TV?

Picture Does not Work
As with other recent reviews, when turning on the TV, the picture does not appear (it remains black). My TV is under a pergola and is not in direct sunlight. I attempted to contact Sylvox customer support and they said they would get back to me. They never did. Very disappointed.

Tv broken
I received it and installed it to find out it was broken. But I ordered another upgraded one and it works fine. So in the end it all worked out. Returned the broken one and for a refund.
