Exceptional Product!
The BEST TV I have ever purchased, and during Black Friday for an excellent price. PERFECT size for the bedroom (pedestal mount on a small stand). Delivery by FEDEX with no problems. All the talk about “poor” brightness on OLEDs is now dubious, especially when compared with this model, which is oustanding. Setup was very easy (no tools needed!). The remote is solar powered (no batteries are needed), and the TV menu navigation and features are all intuitive. EXCEPTIONAL picture clarity, color, contrast, and again brightness. A few tweaks to the picture can be searched online, and I do recommend doing that for YOUR particular viewing preferences. Overall, this deserves a 5-STAR rating! Well done!

Outstanding picture
What one would expect from OLED technology, just a beautiful picture. Internal audio for the TV, for something this flat, is better than expected. Subtracting one star, just because like all “smart” TVs, there is a ton of software on this thing that you have to wade through, and you pretty much have to get a Samsung account (benefit unclear) to be able to access the other apps on the TV (which you have to sign into again of course, but I expected that). Inputs for the TV are no longer separated out, so using a Roku with this TV is a major pain and really not worth it.Update: Okay after using this for a few weeks, I see the benefit of incorporating all the software into the TV itself and basically “internalizing” the Roku device. Simpler. The samsung account thing is still silly and I don’t see the point, but will move this back to 5 stars. Quality of the picture and brightness are just outstanding.

No center pedestal.
I just unpacked the TV, and though I’ve not hooked it up I noticed immediately it did not have a center pedestal. This was the reason that I ordered this particular TV because of the location that I need to place it in my room. I have contacted the seller and will give them a couple of days to respond because if I can’t get a center pedestal I will be returning it. Note that it has the typical leg set are attached to the right and left side bottom of the TV.———————————————————–Update 1 week later. After back and forth with the Seller, by email and phone, I was told to look on Samsung’s site and maybe I could find a stand that fit the TV I was sold, as the size of the one I ordered “42 inch” doesn’t work with the stand that was advertised. Then was told I could return the TV.PLEASE NOTE: The TV is a remarkable piece of technology. I didn’t know a TV screen could be so amazing. I never knew what I was missing. The menu and setting have a learning curve and is quite limited as to what you can actually do, plus it takes FOREVER to set it up, because Samsung wants every bit of information and permissions you have to be able to use the TV. It’s ridiculous, and if you skip, you’ll be being asked to it later. Plus “Bixbi” will try to take over your TV … answering questions from what’s being said on the screen. I haven’t figured out a way around that yet, but will. You can’t just plug this TV in and use it. However, it’s an amazing TV after getting through the red tape!One more note: I’d suggest to buy from another Seller, as this company made no efforts to solve my issue at all.

The TV’s picture quality was impressive overall, but the user interface lags and takes time to load. However, the real dealbreaker is the poor sound quality through HDMIâit sounds subpar.

Dead after less than 1 month. Samsung is giving me the runaround as well when trying to get it repaired or replaced.Update: Finally after calling Samsung for 5 days, they are issuing a refrund. The seller still hasn’t contacted me either. There are about 30 hoops you have to jump through to get the refund as well. Samsung just lost a 15yr customer
