Great product , id give it 5star if u could power it with just any cable rather than it having to be your OEM nintendo power cable⦠kinda defeats the purpose of having a portable doc. Either way i recommend this product, at least u wont have to fish out the hdmi cable every time u leave the house. Just your oem charger.

We love this cord because we move our switch around from different rooms in the house and it’s nice to be able to have an easy and convenient cord that tucks right behind the TV. It comes through nicely on the TV. It’s easy to set up and works great.

Switch dock versatility
Product works well and is great for versatility. My only complaint about this is when purchasing it stated the color would be red. With that said itâs a very minor thing that can be overlooked considering the product is good and can make gaming a little more mobile.

I was skeptical that a cord like this would work but I was pleasantly surprised it did! I was confused at first but you plug the switch cord into the one slot and then plug the whole thing in your tv HDMI slot. Then plug the other end in your switch and plug in the switch cord.Way cheaper than replacing a switch dock, and convenient for travelling

This slimline cable makes it very easy to plug and play your Nintendo Switch into any TVs which is brilliant if you travel a lot but donât want to take the dock with you too.USB C end goes into Switch, HDMI end into TV, and then USB C power (not supplied) goes into the cable.Very easy, worked for me straight away.Worth mentioning this puts the switch into âdock modeâ so therefore you need to take the controllers out (or use external) for them to work.Highly recommended!

If you’re having any issues like a warning message on your Switch telling you to use the official dock, try using a higher-capacity USB-C adapter/cable. I used a 20w usb-c wall adapter and it didn’t work, but then I tried the one from a newer Macbook and it works perfectly. Not taking any stars off, it’s not a fault of this product, just make sure your USB-C wall adapter and cable can support high enough wattage to make the Switch happy 🙂

This hdmi cable is a replacement for the original dock station, which I just love since the original device is bulky, expensive and difficult to carry.This is a great solution for all those problems. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the plastic material used for this cable which doesn’t seem very good.
