The phone mount is a very good one, with well thought out design – ratcheting mechanism to clamp, quick release button, sticky suction mount, installation instructions, and additional attachments for alternative assembly configurations.I was reached out by their customer service and even sent out a free extra mount at no additional cost. While I appreciate the gesture, I didn’t expect an older model of the mount to be sent. However, since it was free – who am I to complain. But yeah, that mount I got for free, is not something I would have bought personally (the color and mounting style). I just do not like the fact that I now have more stuff that is just like: meh!This could be totally co-incidental – But in my research, I found an article on popsugar.com that was promoting this brand’s phone mount, and I noticed that the article was written by someone who had the same name as the person who signed the customer service messages for this product. ð¤A fake name used by customer service (like we usually see in automated software), or the same person? IDK, but something to think about.Regardless, I guess that is aside from how the product was.But yeah, all-in-all, pretty good product. And good customer service too. Very responsive and attentive.

I often use my phone to take important calls while driving and I had to look for an upgraded car phone holder. After comparing several brands on Amazon, I finally bought this VANMASS car phone holder. Not only does it greatly enhance my driving safety, but it increases my car match as well.I love the swivel design of this suction cup. Very modern, and unlike any suction cup. It’s amazing. All you have to do is place the suction cup on a flat mounting surface. Then, rotate the suction cup to the LOCK logo in one second and the suction cup is firmly fixed to my windshield. Stylish design and simple installation!However, it is worth noting that the seller does not recommend using it on the windshield during the summer months, as they reminded me in the after-sales email: In extreme summer heat: Please install this suction cup away from direct sunlight, such as the dashboard or air vents.Perhaps it is this unique design that causes this suction cup to be so strong. It is firmly attached to my car’s windshield without shaking or slipping. As well as my daily commute, I took my phone on long trips where it remained firmly in place despite bumpy roads. Unlike other mounts, I’ve used in the past, whenever there is a bumpy road my phone will shake.Another incredibly helpful feature of this mount is the adjustable drop-down bottom and clip arm width, which allows me to use it with different phone sizes. My wife has a small phone, and the holder adjusts easily to fit her device.It also allows me to easily switch between landscape and portrait modes, depending on the app I’m using. It’s also very easy to insert and remove my phone from the holder with just one hand, which is a big plus when driving.Overall, I’m pleased with the car phone holder. Happy with this design. As an Uber and Delivery driver, I’ve gone through a number of designs and concepts. I would never use the double-sided tape versions again after these ‘suction-cap’ designs came out. Works as advertised- I have it mounted on windshield only. It’s extended to max reach and it bounces on the road surfaces ever so slightly but otherwise perfect. I never insert mounts into the air ducts however so did not test that feature. Would recommend this unit.

I purchased this phone stand for my wife’s car. Assembly was a breeze came in a nice packaging no damage no scratches. Assemble the product and then adjusted it accordingly to the dashboard of my wife’s car. Place the phone on and it’s stays put without any issues even when hitting hard bumps on the road. I love the fact that you can reuse the suction cup over and over as the only thing that is required is a simple washing with water to remove any dust or debris allowing to dry thoroughly and then placing it back in the vehicle. Does not leave marks or glue marks on the dashboard of the vehicle. Very pleased with this product hope they improve on it and if need be would consider purchasing again.
