Very helpful
This arm is a great addition to my small garage “studio”. Having light stands on the floor takes up a lot of room and makes for trip hazards. This boom arm solves this problem quite nicely. Now I can keep my softboxes set up rather than having to break them down after each use. I simply swing them up and away, so I can use the space for other things when not shooting.I wasn’t sure how stable such a long arm would be, but it is fine for my modest lighting setup. I wouldn’t put my heavy camera rig on this boom arm, but I don’t think this was designed for such heavy duty use anyway. My boxes and heads weigh around 8 pounds, so I’m very comfortable using this boom. At full extension, the arm “bounces” a bit after adjusting the lights, but it stops in a few seconds. That’s better than my C-stands or boom light stands, so no complaint here. I’m happy with mine!

reliable and won’t break the bank
Okay, so I’ve been using this Wall Mounting Triangle Boom Arm for a while now in my little home studio, and honestly, it’s pretty solid. It holds my ring light and a couple of other things without any problems, and I can move it around to get the perfect angle, which is a major plus for lighting.I won’t say it is perfect. The knobs can be a bit tough to turn sometimes, especially when I’ve got the arm stretched all the way out. And there’s no real way to keep the cords organized, so it can get a bit messy back there. But hey, for the price, it’s a really good deal. It’s definitely sturdy and does what it’s supposed to do.If you’re looking for something fancy with all the bells and whistles, this might not be it. But if you need a reliable boom arm that won’t break the bank, this one’s a winner.

Decent Functionality but Limited by Stability Issues
This wall mounting boom arm offers some useful features, particularly the 180° flexible rotation, which allows for versatile positioning of ring lights and other equipment. The 43-inch length provides adequate reach, making it suitable for various setups, from studio lighting to barber stations. However, I found the stability to be a bit lacking, especially when mounting heavier lights or soft boxes. The arm tends to wobble slightly, which can be frustrating when you need a steady, consistent position. Installation was also a bit more involved than expected, requiring precise alignment to ensure the arm functions properly.Pros:Flexible Rotation: The 180° rotation allows for versatile positioning, making it easy to adjust the lighting angle to suit different needs.Good Reach: The 43-inch length provides ample reach, making it suitable for various setups like studio lighting, photography, or even barber stations.Space-Saving Design: Wall mounting helps save floor space, keeping your studio or workspace organized and clutter-free.Versatile Use: Compatible with a range of equipment, including ring lights, softboxes, and reflectors, offering flexibility in usage.Cons:Stability Issues: The arm can be slightly unstable, especially when supporting heavier lights or equipment, leading to some wobbling.Challenging Installation: Installation requires careful alignment, which can be more complicated and time-consuming than expected.Limited Weight Capacity: May not be suitable for professional-grade or heavier lighting equipment, limiting its use for more demanding setups.Overall, itâs a decent option for lighter equipment and casual use, but if you rely on heavy or professional-grade lighting, you might need a more robust solution. It’s functional but could benefit from improved stability and easier installation.

Really helps
I have this over my bench in my garage because it is my area to work on all things that need to be fixed or put together etc. Having this has made it really great so I can have enough light right where I need to have it while also not having to use my hands once I get it where it needs to be. I would recommend it the flexibility really comes in handy.

Solidly made, smooth operation
I was surprised by the relative heaviness of this product. It is solid and the movement–both the raising up and down and the side-to-side swivel of the mount is very smooth. It has a standard screw attachment for most of the video accessories (lights). I ended up using it outdoors for my patio umbrella which I remove during windy days and swivel the boom back against the wall. With a little imagination, I could think of several great uses for this well-made product.

broke fast
had it installed for 6 days and one of the screws came out with the plastic fully around it, not fixable I’m sure and happened so quick into using it.
