Easy way to transmit hdmi without wires
I was looking for something that could transmit hdmi from a laptop to a tv in a large conference room, from 15 feet away. This works perfectly for that and doesn’t force me to put a long cable in the middle of the room.There is no lag that I noticed, and it connects in a few seconds so it’s very simple to set up.It also comes with a mini hdmi adapter so I can use it to project a retro handheld gaming system to my tv also.Very useful product, definitely a lot easier than managing long cable runs.

It works great, easy to set up, just keep in mind the USB cables
The instructions are a little challenging, but the key thing to know is that the included USB cables are assumed to be required to power both the Tx and Rx. I have inferred from some reviews that some devices, presumably with HDMI PD (Power Delivery) don’t need the USB cables.Despite being surprised that there were cables (I’d hoped this would just be the two dongles), the setup was easy: they were already paired so I just plugged each device into the HDMI and USB ports of my laptop and TV. The picture appeared on the TV a moment later and the latency is negligible.I look forward to using these in hotel rooms where you never know whether it will even be possible to stream to the hotel TV. Now I will always have a way!

Device loses sync after 30 minutes and transmitter runs hot
Works fine when it works. Set up was fairly easy.Description on the Amazon site did not note the need for USB power to each device. My remote screen has no USB connection. My laptop is short on USB sockets.

Easy to connect.
It is surprisingly easy to connect on two sides. Once I put them in they recognized each other. So far it has been working well. I used to have long cords across the middle of my living room and I had to get up to switch things on my laptop. This saved a lot of that hassle. It comes with some old type of adapters too but no use for me.

Made the holidays peaceful
We had a large group of family stay with us for the holiday and there were many kids in the house. To keep them occupied we setup a projector in our sunroom so they could watch shows and stream movies, but I didn’t want them having access to our laptop or able to pick anything to watch. I ordered this to use and it worked great. I plugged one into the HDMI of the project, and the other into our laptop. It didn’t take any time or effort to get them to communicate and my laptop was mirrored on the projector. I then setup the streaming and they were extremely excited to watch shows broadcast so large. Didn’t have any issues with lag or freezing or lost signal, and it played for almost two days solid. Worked out great and made for a much more peaceful holiday.

I can now stream
I currently have a TV in my office that isn’t a smart TV, but rather than replace it, I just bought this. Mainly because it still works and has nothing wrong with it but that buying these was way cheaper. I can easily connect this to any device that I have, whether it be my tablet or my phone. Setting this up was super simple too. I just plugged it in and then connected it to my tablet and phone. Once it was connected, I just changed the input on my TV and I was able to stream like I normally do on my smart TV in my living room. Not only am I able to work, but I can have whatever shows or movies playing that I want while working. I also found that I can use my cable app to stream live shows onto this TV without having to have a cable box either.
