Earlier this month, Giuffre posted on social media that she had simply days to reside after a faculty bus crashed into her automobile.

In 2021, Giuffre filed a civil lawsuit in opposition to Prince Andrew within the federal courtroom in New York, alleging he sexually assaulted her on three events when she was 17.

Andrew has repeatedly and strongly denied the accusations.

Within the lawsuit, Giuffre alleged Epstein and Maxwell had launched her to Andrew in 2001, and alleged that Maxwell compelled her to have intercourse with Andrew.

In 2022, Andrew and Giuffre agreed to an out-of-court settlement for an undisclosed sum.

Maxwell, who has maintained her innocence, was sentenced to twenty years in jail in 2022 for intercourse trafficking.

Epstein was arrested by federal authorities in July 2019 and charged with sex-trafficking counts. Shortly after, he died by suicide whereas awaiting trial.
