The TV is perfect
The TV is perfect. It took a bit to setup, but it was easy to do. The picture is amazing, and the sound it crystal clear. I was amazed by how light the TV is ( only16.3 Lbs).My only problem was the poor delivery service by Amazon them self. They got within 10 minutes of my house and then decided to deliver it the following days.

Iâm glad that I didnât buy the Toshiba I tell you. I researched the Samsung with the Toshiba and I decided to spend over 100 dollars more on it. This Samsung has an excellent picture only if you know how to correctly set the picture on it. You must go into the expert settings and set it correctly to get the right color picture. The remote control is great and the OS Tizen tv is excellent if you know what youâre doing. People complain about it but I just ignore them. This Samsung TV at 427 dollars is a great deal and that is the truth. The picture quality is clear and smooth. No lag and all that I have to say is I made the right decision in buying this tv. Samsung is the best TV that you can buy. The best selling brand of TVâs for a reason. Furthermore, I should most importantly inform you that the legs on the tv can be adjusted. The picture shows 40 inches apart, but there are four slots in the back. The other two slots for the legs of the tv can be set at 12 inches apart. So there is no reason to buy a tv table stand for it separately. It will fit on most any tv stand.

Arrived Damaged
Gave 3 stars only because the TV arrived damaged so had to go through return process which was seamless, but it was kind of annoying being the damage wasn’t apparent until turning the TV on and then had to rebox it.Ended up purchasing the same model from Best Buy which arrived in prestige condition. The television itself is good quality, picture and sufficient sound for bedroom use.

Great value, great picture, and good features.
There’s not much to say as long as a new TV works just like it should. This does. Set up was easy, and the TV itself is light well designed. The remote setup is not an issue, and if you buy an extra off of Amazon it already comes set up. We also bought the Soundbar for this and it really improved voice and movie tracks.

A Window to a Better Life (and Too Many Streaming Hours)
The Samsung Crystal UHD 55-inch TV is so good, I think Iâve accidentally become a professional binge-watcher. I turned it on once, and Iâm pretty sure I havenât left my couch since. This thing sucks you into content like itâs a portal to another dimensionâwhere Netflix asks, âAre you still watching?â and the answer is always yes.Picture Quality:The 4K resolution is so sharp, I swear I saw every individual pore on an actorâs face during a close-upâthough Iâm not sure I needed that level of intimacy with my favorite sitcom stars. Colors are so vibrant it feels like a Pixar movie exploded on my wall, and now I canât go back to reality. Seriously, the grass on this TV looks greener than my lawn, and now I think my grass is just being lazy.Sound:The built-in speakers are surprisingly good! But do they make me feel guilty about not upgrading to a soundbar? Of course. It’s like the TV is whispering, âIâm good, but imagine how much better I could be…â Sneaky.Smart Features:Itâs got all the apps you can dream ofâNetflix, Disney+, HBO, and about 12 others I didn’t even know existed. My Roku looked at this TV, packed its bags, and left because it knew it wasnât needed anymore. Also, the remote is so sleek that I lost it within 20 minutes, but it felt like a good excuse to try Samsungâs phone app remote controlâturns out, that works like a charm too.Verdict:This TV has become the MVP of my living roomâwhether I’m watching a blockbuster or just admiring the menu screen because I can’t decide what to watch. It’s elegant, ridiculously clear, and smarter than me (but that’s not saying much).5/5 stars! 1st, I want to give props to the delivery driver who helped bring the TV inside my home! I asked if he can help me and he did with no hesitation so thank you again sir.Now, I myself heavily rely on product reviews when making a purchase so I had to share my experience.The TV itself is sooo light weight and by far the painless, easiest TV I’ve EVER had to assemble thus far. I could easily snap the legs in and place on my TV stand solo with no help. And given that I basically have Samsung EVERYTHING, it’s a breeze to scan the QR code and set the TV settings right away.The screen is clear, bright, and high quality, way better than my photo, but I was fighting for my life trying to get of the photo, lol.I also use Samsung TV Plus alot and there are a ton of features and popular apps already downloaded that my previous curved TV didnt have and the apps open up way faster and doesn’t lag like my last TV. I highly recommend!!!

The Tv works as it should
I love the tv it functions as it should I did not see item being delivered nor did I hear the door bell. The box was placed on my front entrance. The bottom of the box was wet and one end of the bottom was soggy and ripped apart. I did get a text that it was at my door shortly after they delivered it. I went to the door and opened it and saw the tv there. I took it inside and took the tv out of the box and it was undamaged. I let it warm up to room temperature and set it up and it works fine. So as far as delivery goes it got here the box was damaged and wet I got a text looked outside and it was there. Other than the communication issue every thing else was fine. I know your drivers are very busy and Iâm sure they have a lot going on. Overall I think everything was ok.
