System Update fixed problems | Hiccups playing in-browser streaming videos; YouTube video problems.
As of Oct 20, 2024, the manufacturer issued/pushed a System Update, which corrected issues I was having. Bluetooth and WiFi working again, and streaming in browser is much, much better.Thanks much.——————————-Problems: Hiccups playing in-browser streaming videos from news sites; and refuses to play some YouTube videos in the browser. Some YouTube videos will play at 240p only, others will play showing a black screen with audio. I have tried all that I am aware of to fix this problem, a few browsers, and I have also updated the box’s firmware. Same problem, but the firmware flash disabled my Bluetooth and WiFi. I am now beginning to believe that the specs for these android boxes do not represent the true-hardware inside the boxes. My only solution now is to switch to Raspberry Pi 5 – researching that now – if it has what I need as a TV box.

Garbage
1) Casting a video from android phone does not work. While I play a video on my phone- in the top of the video – there is a casting icon box – when I click it – doesn’t show this device. Both the phone and the BL Android TV box in the same wifi network. Casting works instantly in my Xiaomi and Onn android tv box from my phone.2) I tried to cast with in BL Android TV box with pre-installed app called AirScreen. None of the video players but VLC can connect but there is no video, only sound. This AirScreen app stops after each attempts of play a video and asking for premium subscription. What a nonsense.3) None of the common apps like – Amazon Prime Video, Netflix works properly. I have to use the remote control as mouse mode to surf – this is so annoying and inconvenient.4) The processor is super slow.5) The length of power cord and HDMI cable is way too short.6) Quality of the material, look, feel and boxing – is very cheap. It is overly priced compared to similar products in Amazon.

Everything about this box is slow. The Wi-Fi connection is slow. Even the Ethernet connection is slow! It boots up slow, load slow and if you’re using a VPN, forget about it, it’s not even usable! I very much dislike having to return things. I returned this box ASAP.
