Complex wiring systems require a single point to Consolidate large and small conductors. The power bar 1000 offers a 1,000 amp busbar with various size studs and screws to connect conductors and FUSE blocks. Tin plated pure electrical copper for maximum Conductivity. One-piece serrated flange nuts ensure correct and secure connections. Stainless steel 8-32 screws with captive lock washers for securing smaller gauge wires. Busbar may be cut to a shorter length to accommodate constricted spaces. Bi-directional busbar end caps allow the ganging of additional busbars.
1000A PowerBar with twelve 3/8″ terminal studs. 2 mounting holes accept #10 (M5) screws
Stepped bus design offers two elevations for conductors which doublesthe density of the wire loom compared to traditional bus bars
Busbar and fuse block elevations match common fuse blocks allowing for multiple fuse block attachment, eliminating the need for connecting cables
Snap on insulating cover meets ABYC and USCG requirements and includes label recess
Max voltage: 150V, Continuous Rating: 1000A

The best bus bars I’ve found
These bus bars are SUPERB. They have a lot of copper in them, as they are a bit heavy. I purchased the 12 x 3/8 for an extremely good price here on Amazon. Well built, and you can combine two for a negative and positive bus on one bar. The covers are semi-clear and very durable. As shipped they snap on. I will say, they are not easy to remove with just your bare hands. It appears you can also use screws to attach the covers. Extremely little to no resistance across the bar and from the farthest terminals; my multimeter had trouble detecting any.The larger terminals are perfect for interconnecting batteries in parallel and connecting large inverters, while the smaller ones are great for attaching small meters, direct-voltage lighting, or accessories. And at 1000 amps, I have yet to be able to throw enough amps at it to even come close to its limits.I use these in a solar system as a default point of connection for my battery bank, charge controller, inverter, and for lighting/accessories. These have quickly become the very heart of the system as all power passes through these.Highly recommended.

Solid built power bar.
Very substantial power bar. There is no question as to its robustness. Weâve actually drawn 1400 amps at 24vdc for short duty cycles without any issues.

Works as advertised but WAY TOO PRICY for what you get
$162.04 is just WAY too much for a machined piece of metal with a few studs and screws with plastic end caps Isolating the power bar. If I could go back in time I would NOT have ordered this and just made my own common power points with some wood and bolts. It would have saved me hundreds of dollars.

Super Heavy Duty and quite nice looking
These PowerBars are AWESOME! They are very heavy and rugged and the lugs easily handle the heaviest of 4/0 cables. I wound up buying another pair because they look so darn nice and made running the heavy cables a little easier.

nice screws
It is very shiny and seems to work well.

REALLY WELL MADE AND THE BEST ON THE MARKET THAT I HAVE FOUND
I use them directly in solar systems that I have on my property, I have a 52 KWp solar system with 6 inverters in parallel, everything is connected to two BUSBARs, one that I use as positive and the other as negative. The total I have managed to get through is 830 Amp x 56.8 Volts = 47 Kwp direct from the solar panels to the battery system. But this has not even heated up, it has not risen in temperature or anything like that. AWESOME PERFORMANCE.NOTE: I rarely leave a review for a product, but this one deserves it in every way.
