Capable Printer You Can Dedicate To Shipping Labelsâ3 Ways To UseâVery Few Labels Included
This arrived from the vendor in a cardboard box. Inside, the printer was in one section of the box with a plastic bag covering it. They had run an initial diagnostic & printed it & left it in the printerâs roller for you to see it had worked when packed. In another section of the box they gave you a USB data cord, a USB to C cord, the power supply, & an AC cord to plug into the end of the power supply. These are sufficient to connect wired in majority of cases. This needs folding 4âx6â (not rolled) labels, and they included just a small set to get you going. You can use rolled labels but pulling against a roll sitting on your table is going to wear out the gears & a big roll may cause the pull thru to go too slow & âsmudgeâ the printing. If all you have is rolled, maybe tear off what you need (for your session) + 2-3 extra & use those labels like that. You need to have your package/s packed & taped, then to know the dimensions, the weight, the address you are sending to. Youâll see options of how to ship & costs for each choice in the web window of the service you chose to ship with; or in some cases these are built into portal of big services like Etsy. You can use this as a USB printer (set up page size, # of copies, etc. in your print dialog), as a bluetooth printer (set up page size, # of copies, etc. in your print dialog), or you can use software, which they have a suggestion & Iâve used & talk about below. You can use this connected as a USB printer with the cords provided (say from your desktop or laptop) or you can print to it via bluetooth (say from your phone or pad). They suggest using âLabelifeâ as your app if you use bluetooth.Labelife is not difficult â the trick is to be sure you are connected by bluetooth [TOP RIGHT OF APP], then to pick a template that is the size of your label (4â wide x 6â long). Then you can choose, for example to use text, then you can paste into the text field. You can also load a graphic, say you have created a label online, you can save it as a PDF & load it, and it should appear as the image you want to print. When you think you have your label contents, press print on the app â it will show you how it will fit on a virtual label. If you want to make it larger or smaller to go into the label boundaries better â you can back up & set the print size or adjust the image size. The other way is to use USB, and for me, I just have pre-selected this printer, set the page as 4â wide & 6â long â then made my label. Usually Iâd be printing a label made from USPS.com or shipstation.com. I âprintâ from these web apps & a print dialog comes up confirming itâs my printer & the right page size & I can make more than 1 copy (label) if I want. For example, typically Iâll affix a label on the package but also put one into the top inside just in case the package gets damaged or the label gets damaged someone may check inside for who it was intended to go to.This process works for me, & once you figure it out, you can sit at your desk with a list of info for your 1 or several packages â put that into the web app (i.e. USPS.com or shipstation.com, etc.) & print the labels 1 at a time (as you pay for them).Yet a third wayâ¦If you want to try to print direct âvia bluetoothâ from your device without software (like youâd do with a direct USB connection, then selecting this printer as your printer) you pair the printer by when you power it on, hold down the feed button, then it should show in your bluetooth devices. So this printer does 1 at a time shipping labels. Why would you want to do your labels ahead â first it is less expensive doing it from hone, second you have your packages already done & spend much less time at a counter. In the case of USPS â most have a drop off counter so you spend no time in line at all. This is a capable printer, & Iâd order this again.

I haven’t actually gotten this to work yet, but I have faith that I will eventually
As with most electronic gadgets these days, the setup directions are minimal (although the copious and dire warnings will strike fear in your heart). Connecting the device to my computer was easy. You can use Bluetooth or the cable. The device wants you to use the company’s app. When I send a package I use the USPS website on my computer, not the app. I’d like to be able to print the label from my computer. I’m sure this is possible, but frankly, after wrestling with it the other day, I was tired and gave up. I did contact the company’s chat line, and got a quick, well-meant, and (to me anyway) unhelpful response. To the company’s credit, I immediately got an email referencing the aborted chat and offering more helpful help. That motivates me to go back and try again. I do have a package I need to send out next week. I have always just printed the USPS label on plain paper on my printer, but I’m determined to see to it that this machine fulfills its purpose. I will report back on my progress.UPDATE: I attempted, unsuccessfully, to print a mailing label for a package yesterday. I rapidly went through three of the sample labels that came with the printer. I wound up printing the label on plain paper on my Epson printer, then trimming it with scissors and affixing it to the package. However, on the upside, I replied to the email that the company had sent me, and got a very speedy response with directions about how to correct the problem I was having. That kind of customer service is pretty unusual. So I will try again this morning to print the label on the label paper. And I will report back.

Very nice!
I’ve been needing a label printer for ages, so was quite happy to see this one pop up. It arrived a couple weeks ago, but I wanted to put it through quite a bit of testing before making this review. So far, it has held up very well through daily use, printing multiple labels and packing lists per day, and has not had a single issue. I will say I did have quite a bit of trouble getting the software installed, the app was useless and a complete pain in the butt to mess with. So instead, I followed the recommendation of another reviewer and downloaded it from a different website. Got the most recent update to the software and it worked perfectly for my printer. Zero hassles! It did come with a few labels, but I already had a box of “Anycash” brand 4×6 thermal labels that worked perfectly with this printer. Super easy to load them in and get it lined up. Make sure the label side is up, cos I goofed on that the first time. lolOverall, a very nice little printer. Very happy with it and it has been doing exactly what I need it to do for a couple weeks now.

Outstanding Value â Beats the Expensive Competition!
The Omezizy Bluetooth Shipping Label Printer has been an incredible find for my small business. For the price, it easily outshines much more expensive competitors. The setup was quick and straightforward, and the Bluetooth connectivity makes printing labels super convenient without needing to fuss with wires. The print quality is excellent â every label comes out sharp and clear, making it perfect for shipping labels, barcodes, or product tags. It’s fast and efficient, saving me time during busy workdays. I also love that it uses thermal printing, so thereâs no need for ink or toner, which cuts down on long-term costs. For a fraction of the price of other label printers, this one performs just as well, if not better. Itâs reliable, durable, and handles all my printing needs effortlessly. If youâre a small business owner looking for an affordable and high-quality label printer, this is the one to get. Highly recommended!

I think most people would use this to print shipping labels for their small business, but I decided to use this to print out some photos for our family scrapbook. I was pleasantly surprised that the images came out clear. Of course the images are only in black and white, but I don’t mind because I was going for that kind of aesthetic for our scrapbook. I like that I do not have to worry about running of ink and I have not had any issues with the paper jamming. You will need to connect your bluetooth and download an app if you want to use it on your phone. Alternatively, you can use the USB cable to connect to your laptop. The whole process to get this going was simple and it feels like I have my very own compact printer. Great product, highly recommend!

We got this printer for printing return labels, wine bottle labels, wife’s lotion and everything else I can think ofThe package arrived with all the components to get you up and running other than sample labels. I then ordered some sizes and printed them 3 days later. In the meantime, I installed the software on my computer and phoneThe return item labels are clear and now I just stick it onto the package and away it goes. The shipper had no problems with the scanning of the codesI got one of those stands for the labels and that works great as the labels have a place to reset while being fed into the printer, the auto feed function is great and the calibration is very simple – press a button, lit blinks twice and thatâs it (will automatically detect the beginning of the label sticker). The Android app is available in the app store, it detected the printer via Bluetooth and worked just as I wanted it to (perfectly). The printer is not portable or rechargeable, you’ll also need to account for some space for the printer and labels on your desk. Not as much as a regular printerOverall, this printer does exactly what it needs to do: easy, fast, high-quality shipping labels and other needed printing.I do wish mine arrived with a manual so I did not have to search the wide web for it and what software to use. Other than that I am happy with it and will use it often as needed, no more cutting labels and gluing.

I’ve been looking for a new label printer for my little side gig for a bit and had seen ones that were several hundred dollars. This one came across as an option and decided to give it a try. I was actually really surprised since it used to standard label size it which not all printers use. A lot of the time I need to buy proprietary sized labels from various companies that produce these which is a massive pain at the butt. This one however uses standard ups and Canada Post sticky labels on thermal paper which is fantastic. It spits them out super quick and so far I haven’t had any clogging or jamming so safe to say, I love it!

This works through bluetooth on your phone or tablet and you need to install an app to be able to use it. If you want to use it on a laptop or desktop, you need to use the USB cable.I like that it automatically detects the size of the label paper you want to use. That’s a nice feature. The max size this will take is 4.6 so you cannot use this for larger item projects. This is mainly strictly for labels or other small printing jobs.Like all other thermal printers, it only prints in black and white, no colour, but you also save a ton of money because you never have to buy ink or worry about ink running out.
