I really like this shredder. It is not to big, but it handles many pages. The shredder does not like too many pages. The fewer the pages the less it bogs down. After shredding thousands of pages, this shredder has held up. I like that it makes small pieces of paper when it shreds. It has been a huge help in organizing my home office.

Fast efficient shreader. Good for home office use. Bought two had to return one due to damage but replacement was fast and easy. It is a bit of a “trick” assembling. Place the motor part face down flat on the floor put wheels on bin then place bin on motor while it is face down. Trying to get the tabs to line up and insert any other way was frustrating. Now that it is assembled all I have to do is remove drawer. No more having to take heavy motor part off to empty bin.

Warranty replacement could take two or more months
After a few months, the shredder broke, and would no longer shred paper. I began a warranty claim and am being told it may take two or more months for me to get a replacement. Very non-customer friendly process. I have many papers to shred and no shredder to shred them with I am very dissatisfied. I see no reason to buy bonsai product in the future and therefore canât recommend anyone else.

Great little machine
works well, does not take up too much space and pretty quiet for a shredder! This replaced a much larger staples 15pg shredder from 20 years ago that was much louder and larger unit. I am so far very pleased
