The supplied operating and installation instructions were brief, inadequate and were poorly written or poorly translated to English from Cantonese. The unit is not a 2023 model, but made in 2022. It had version 10 not version 11 operating system. It had someone else’s user name and password entered in the hotspot setup, which indicates it is a “used” or a returned item. It would not connect to our T-Mobile 5G Home WIFI after numerous attempts, but would only connect to my cellphone 4GLTE hotspot. Our Roku TV and all our 4GLTE cellphones will connect to the T-Mobile 5G Home WIFI with no issues. The user interface is a guessing game with the remote control–No idea what a button will do until you pushed it. No way to long off Netflix one in. No way could be found to delete my passwords before returning the item, so we must now change our passwords used with this device to try it. No pause or go-back feature when viewing a movie. You will have regrets if you buy one, in my opinion.

Many of the apps are not upgradable as I hoped. Won’t accept the newest version of Netflix for example. It had a hard time accepting the wireless mouse and keyboard. All of a sudden started to work … The rest of the functions are typical for the tipe of device. Nothing to jump up and down about…

Second one I’ve ordered and it wasn’t working.
I ordered this android box for 2 different family members one opened theirs and it didn’t work. They were sent a replacement. The other was waiting for Internet set up and now finally open the device for set up only to realize it too isn’t working but it’s pass the return date. I’m very disappointed because I’ve encouraged a lot of People get this box and it’s become a disappointment…
