Very sturdy, side-to-side centering limited
Worked great for very heavy 65â tv, but be aware that depending on stud location, tvâs vesa bracket, and how close you want tv to the wall, the side-to-side movement/alignment options may be limited (only 2-3 inches in my case). I couldnât get my tv quite perfectly centered, but I was able to work around that and overall satisfied.

This guys are a Trip! They think of everything. The instructions were fun to read. I ordered a bracket from them 10 years ago, I was so impressed that I had to find their name so I would get another great bracket.

Excellent mount, but template was not very accurate
Sturdy, easy to set up! Definitely spring for the adjustment arms, makes installing a heavy tv so much easier!Only downside was the template. Didn’t really make much sense with the wide slots. Would have made more sense to just put holes at 18 and 24 inches. Push-pins and some string and a picture level are a better bet for a precise mounting.

I got it professionally installed since we chose to put it over the fireplace. I did not have the right tools to get it done. Love the way it works, and it sits well where it is.

Amazon lied about delivery status, tried to blame it on Echogear,
Amazon changed delivery date twice, when it was tracked saying it would be delivered by 10PM it never came, then it was rescheduled a third time adding another 5 days. Called Amazon, got overseas as always, using cheaper labor to do customer service as they do, and we have an install where we had to change it twice, the second time I almost lost the install person we trust with our audio/video for 12 yrs over it and a fee. After pushing hard and knowing by the Amazon rep it was in the delivery center, we knew they had a full schedule and put us back in their loop for 5 more days, which was not cool. You have to push hard to make sure they send a message to the center or they will not. We even offered to pick it up will call, and the CS for Amazon would not allow that either.Bottom line, Echogear did get back to us quickly and it showed up sooner than 5 daysThe unit is strong, easily adjustable and is the best we have had yet and we have had a number of wall mounts over the years.The one thing Eco could do if possible is have a way to add adjustment for vertical like they do the horizontal to make it a little easier to figure out where to mount top to bottom on TV for a little more versatility. But most do not have this anyways.

I like the quality of this product and instructions that came with this. The gap between the tv and the wall is a little more than what I wanted. Also not sure how to move the tv sideways – that was one of the features I was looking for

Easy to install. Did it by myself but don’t recommend it. 65 OLED can now swing to watch tv while I’m in the kitchen. Love the handles. I’m kinda lazy and just leave them down now
