Support ends very soon
I had purchased a previous model to this one years ago. That one eventually was not supported and no longer worked with my Apple equipment. Very frustrating to have to throw away an otherwise effective tool because it was no longer operating after system upgrades on my computer. I got this unit nit realizing they were eliminating support for it very soon as well. It’s a great little scanner both clear and portable. I use it mainly to produce pdfs fir document storage and it does that very well. But if you keep your software up to date, though this unit works well, it has a limited lifespan so perhaps spend more for a newer model.

Software support ending Nov 2024. Flimsy plastic construction. Great quality scans.
This arrived with a small broken off piece. I decided to super glue it instead of returning it. The plastic used is very thin and brittle. I don’t imagine it would stand up to much travel. The setup was easy on my mac using their recommended software. And the scan quality is excellent. However the software says it will only be supported through November, 2024, so buyer beware!
