Know your TV’s USB power output.
This product does work. When my fire stick needs to update I get a screen warning asking me to use a wall plug power source because the USB may not have enough power. I don’t……..and it has always worked. I’ll leave it at that.

dumped my cable TV plan
The cable tv company went to streaming and the costs went up. The streaming of the tv service was cumbersome and unreliable. I cancelled cable and switched to Fire Sticks. They were easy to set up, one per tv, and with Amazon Prime many apps are free. I have signed up to a few that I pay monthly, like Disney+. It has been 4 months since I switched. With a little practice I have found all my favorite CBS shows (free) and am enjoying BritBox and other shows that were not available through cable. Although I pay for a few apps, it turns out to be less than paying my cable bill.

Eliminates one cord
With too many cords behind my TV I was happy to find this to replace at least one of themâ¦frees up one wall plug.TV works the same as with the extra cord I no longer need. The back of the TV is much neater without the extra cord no longer needed. Simple to attach, fits perfectly.
