Update: Now ‘Good’
Updating to ‘Great’. I’ve changed my position for two reasons: – It was explained to me that the real time map is to allow the user to see what has and has not been cleaned in the house. To actively map the house and save results will require additional hardware not available on the M210 Pro. Reasonable. – A recent SW update has enhanced the vacuum performance improving it’s ability to find the charging station and providing uniform cleaning coverage.In my re-assessment, the M210P is a great value and a good ‘entry level’ cleaner for my needs.This product is so close to ‘good’. Works (almost) perfectly for what I need – hard floors, addresses lots of pet hair, long battery life. But the core problem is the navigation and mapping. The vacuum ‘maps’ the house as it cleans but doesn’t save the map and doesn’t learn. The robot doesn’t ‘remember’ the house layout, it doesn’t ‘remember’ where the charging station is, it doesn’t ‘remember’ exclusion zones. Every time you initiate the cleaning, it starts from scratch, doesn’t know what has and has not been cleaned, and to watch it try to stumble and fumble in trying to find the charging station is almost sad. While I don’t know the technical aspects of navigation, it seems as if a software update could make this a great product.

Simple & effective on hard floors
Love my âAliceâ (well yeah, she needed a name ð). I just press a button and sheâs off to gather up the dog hair. When sheâs done she goes back to her base without fail. I didnât bother doing the app for scheduling options. I like just turning her on when I walk by. She runs probably about 45+ minutes before needing more juice. Low profile prevents her from getting stuck under cabinets as my older bobsweep model often did. Alice doesnât have a roller bar so she never gets tangled on my carpet fringe, but she also doesnât pick up well on rugs so itâs a trade off. Overall I love her tho. Very helpful and easy to empty the dust bin

App Sucks
Great little vacuum so far. Does a pretty good job and battery lasts a while. Small enough to fit under my couch too, so I donât have to worry about that either. Saves me from going insane over all the dog and cat hair on my dark hardwood floors! Definitely not the quietest thing, but I honestly love the white noise it gives. My only gripe is that I would really really like to use the app to give it a schedule, but when I try to connect to the app, it comes up as the incorrect model, and that model isnât supported on the app. Will update if customer service ever responds to me.Edit: customer service is hard to communicate with BUT after having to spell out what was going on a few different times, they sent me a new one. Before I even got the new one though, they did a software update for my current one and it fixed it. Not sure why they didnât do a software update before sending a new one, but whatever. So although frustrating, after about a week of back and forth, it did get fixed and the app works great now.

Gets the job done!
I don’t write reviews but this one was worth the 2 minutes it takes to do so. Before this Lafant vacuum, I owned 2 different Roombas and returned both of them within days of purchasing. They were constantly getting tangled up and stuck in all sorts of places. I was spending more time trying to get the thing to do its job than if I had just swept the floors myself. Fast forward a couple years and I saw this one randomly pop up on my suggested Amazon purchases. It was half off and I thought “why not, I’ll just send it back if it doesn’t work”. BUT… I love it!!! I’ve had it for maybe a couple of months now and I use it daily! The only thing that I might suggest is some sort of boundary markers like the ones you can purchase separately for the Roomba. Other than that, I love mine, and it sure beats the heck out of sweeping the floors everyday. I even named her Rosey the Robot!!

Excellent Customer Service
When it was working it was amazing on how well it cleaned both carpet and hard surfaces. Not the smartest bot as it will get stuck, push stuff around and does not stop when it comes near an object and will keep bumping into it until it can change directions. This unit had problems after 3 months but customer service provided enough information to troubleshoot the error and it is working again.Update review. Lefant customer service was excellent is how they handled the problem with troubleshooting the unit and even sent a replacement unit. I still like the way it cleans carpet and hard flooring.

Highly recommend! Does amazing for the price!
I decided I wanted a robot vacuum because our floors are all tile and I sweep every day. I did not want to spend a ton of money on one and found this one. Let me tell you! For the price it is super awesome. Really easy to assemble, charge it up and press start. It picked up so much stuff and I literally swept and mopped yesterday! I forgot to take a photo but the little bin was full and that was easy to take out and dump. Maneuvered around intentionally. Overall, I am impressed!

We have a dog, light shedder they said ha ha!This works amazingly!Good suction! Quiet! Picks up a lot of dirt n hair.I wanted basic, lots of suction. I work off of remote, im not crazy about using Alexa or Google. Maybe set that up in future when im more comfortable with the vaccume. I am a senior and not totally savvy with this programming n apps.So far, im totally impressed. I am particular in my house keeping and this is a great addition to keeping my house tidy of dog hairGood bang for the buck so far!

Got this on special offer, great little robot does the night shift at our house with out any complaints, does good job for a little hoover picks up a fair amount, not had long but looks good quality only time will tell

This robovac does a nice job cleaning. However, the room mapping feature does not work. Also The scheduling feature does not allow you to set the vacuum sustain from low, mid, high. It also does not allow setting the cleaning method, random, wall follow, or bow, or spiral.
