Perfect for our application
We bpight these to install under some shelves on our TV accent wall. They are very nice and low profile so barely visible when turned off. Physical installation was quite easy as they provide either an adhesove pad of small screws to mount the ligjts. Although the power cords say they are 78â they are closer to 70â. For my application I had to buy extension cables. These cables connect easily. As mentioned in other reviews, the Tuya App is required if you want to control these from your phone or a Smart Home solution. The Tuya App was not quite as intuitive as I would like but I was able to get conneted and setup with Alexa without too much trouble. Overall I am very happy with these puck lights and would definitely recommend them if you are looking for under the shelf or cabinet smart lighting.

Connects to Google Home through the Tuya Smart app
The lights look really good and offer nice warm lighting option. Connecting them to google home was confusing but I read in other reviews to use Tuya. Download the Tuya Smart app, add advice -> other -> 2.4 device -> click the power button til the lights are blinking -> connect to wifi and then all set in tuya app. Next go to google home app and connect Tuya. Works like a normal connection from there. Basically connect your device to the Tuya app and not the DoTint app that the manual provides.

Connects to Alexa through the Tuya App.
A lot of people are having problems integrating this unit with Alexa. To avoid this issue, connect the lights to to manufacturerâs App. Once connected, down load the Tuya smart App. Once connected, the lights will show up in Alexaâ¦Note, you canât control them until after reboot them.Other than the connectivity complexity, this is a superior product with high brightness, quality solders and cables and complete cable management accessories.

Let me FIRST say, I could have SWORN I purchased the colorful lights. I dislike feeling like the company somehow manipulates the listing periodically and after someone purchases one of these, as I see I am not the ONLY who believes they purchased the other ones. So just imagine my surprise when the white set was delivered and not what I believed I ordered. That being said, I figured I would just go with them instead of returning them.I will admit this product is packaged pretty nicely and is very similar to the Philips Hue packaging. However when you open the box the smell of something in there is strong and off putting. You quickly realize this is a cheap foreign product as soon as you start assembling it and reading the instructions.All in all, the lights are bright and have several temperature options. Also itâs relatively easy to assemble. The adhesive seems good and not SO strong that you can never remove it. Other than that, the rest is bad. 1. The app does not connect to it. And the app doesnât even seem like it has any users. Thereâs no reviews, no developer updates. Nothing. And the name of the app has absolutely NOTHING to do with the product. And this means it DOES NOT connect to your homeâs ecosystem. 2. The remote does not work unless you are literally standing right next to the receiver.I wish I would have returned it, but because they are bad lights, but because I feel this company is a scam and because none of the connectivity options work. However as a light with just an on/off switch⦠itâs not bad.

Poor, instructions the OR code did not load when scanned. The app did not work. I still managed to install the lights and connected to a switch.

Nice lights, standard whites not available
Loved the installation. Easy. Love the scheduling feature to save energy. Easy. Connects to Alexa and app. Easy.Only draw back is there are no standard white colors to set to. What I mean is, if you are looking for a standard âcool whiteâ, âsoft whiteâ or âwarm whiteâ you will not find it. There are some pesets in the Tuya app, but they all have a yellow or blue tint to them. And when they are on the preset settings, you lose the dimming feature. So- they are nice if you want color. Lots of colors. But if you are looking for under cabinet lighting in your kitchen with some standard whites that look like the rest of the lighting in your kitchen, you may struggle to get the look you want color wise.

Super easy setup!
Product is as described and easily connects to Alexa- there are instructions in the app once you download it. I ended up using the Smart Life app and not the app they had in on the instructions though as I have other devices on that platform and they all work together. Alexa can handle more than one login for the Smart Life skill. I did drill holes in my cabinets to hide the wiring and that was super simple too. This photo shows two kits and I may order one more for another area of my kitchen.
